The room is cleaned and beautiful as in the photo. I really like this room. The building is quiet, do not have many people as in Vinhome.

This studio is big enough for two people. My room stays on 19th floor. So, I can see the city through the window. I love this view The building has convenient stores, big swimming pool. I could come to Landmark 81 - shopping mall around 5 minutes, I guess, really near. Go to District 1 - center of the city around 10 minutes, not too far for me The price is competitive in comparison with the hotel room having the same price

Lovely clean cozy place with stunning view from the window. Downstairs got 7-Eleven, which is super convenient if you want to buy things. The staffs are helpful and friendly, highly recommended if you’re looking for a place to stay in HCMC.

Gorgeous apartment! We were delighted! Excellent kitchen, gas stove, microwave, all necessary utensils for cooking and eating, washing machine, detergent, clothes dryer. Everything is like home, because there is everything you need. The bed is comfortable, from the window you can see the famous building with a helipad. The apartment has a magnificent view of the sunset. The pool is just the limit of dreams, a magnificent view of Landmark 81. There are several sun loungers. Thank you for the good service

There is stain and bugs in the sofa. Bed is also not very clean. Stuff is very kind and nice giving gifts to me for mid autumn festival. Price is indeed cheap but cleanliness could be better .

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, especially considering the price I paid. While the location and amenities were decent, the room itself did not meet my expectations in terms of hygiene. The floors and surfaces didn’t feel properly cleaned, and there were noticeable dust and stains in certain areas. For the amount charged, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness. Definitely not the best value for money.

No problems, they have self check out system, so you have to put the key card in the mail box. 7 eleven is in the building, very convenient

The facilities were outdated, and the air conditioning and refrigerator were so loud I couldn't sleep. There were no dishes, the gas stove didn't work, the curtain hooks were broken, and the sofa and bed were not very good. The shower room was dirty and not recommended. The surrounding infrastructure was also poor.

Choosing this kind of apartment without a front desk does require a lot more attention than ordinary hotels, and some points may not be suitable for ordinary travelers: 1. The hotel sent a Ctrip message to the hotel to contact the day before check-in. The contact methods are Zalo/WhatsApp/telegram, etc., according to the usage habits of Vietnam. The last one is WeChat. Chinese people are used to adding WeChat first, but they couldn't find the account, so they added it with WhatsApp. I feel that this step is difficult for many people. There are basically no foreign instant messaging software in China. 2. Check-in was smooth following the instructions, and the customer service communicated fluently in English. However, I asked specifically, and I don't know Chinese, so those who are not good at English should be cautious. 3. The room is not big, and it has everything it should have. Some bad points: The dark furniture gives people a sense of oldness, one of the lights is broken, and a large junction box hole is exposed on the wall, which makes people crazy when using toothbrushes. I forgot to put the quilt when I checked in, and it was delivered after a while.

It is close to the 81 Tower. I arrived on an early morning flight and went to catch up on some sleep. The hotel manager was OK. Later, my friend told me that the air conditioner was broken and it was a little old.

For the money - excellent apartments. There is an iron, dishes, washing machine.

The room is the best apartment hotel I have ever stayed in. It has all the necessary facilities and is well-equipped. I will stay here again next time.

It's clean and nice for the price. There's a nice pool and a small convenience store right below, which is nice. It's not too far from District 1 and is in a good location.
