The hotel was very clean and the staff was very cooperative, allowed me early check-in at 8:00 AM for free

Staff was friendly room was clean. We had breakfast, a typical western styled buffet - not many varieties but still good quality. We enjoyed staying :)

Clean, quiet and great hotel with friendly staff.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A shopping mall is right opposite the hotel, making it super convenient for shopping, and dining.

Especially the lady at the reception is exceptionally nice and very friendly and helpful.

Clean room, good location in central Dandenong. Great room rate with buffet breakfast included. I will definitely stay again.

Beautifully appointed hotel, close to amenities, shopping cafes, theatre/arts centre, cinemas and parks and train station. The Holiday Inn opened recently and is stunning. The rooms are beautiful, the bed,pillows, and linen is superb. The hotel restaurant is excellent and the staff are helpful. There is secure off street parking. Great hotel and I happily recommend to anyone.

The location in the evening seems a bit sketchy, but the hotel itself clean, comfortable and safe. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast in the morning is better than most and easy on the wallet for the quality of food.
