We wanted to stay away from district 1 and experience local community and markets, great location for our purpose. Would be even better if the shower is hot. The hotel is just 10 minutes by taxi to district 1 across the river.

Very clean and comfortable room. Extremely quiet. Easy grab bike ride to district one. Highly recommended.

This Mother's home is good place to book and stay for any kind of travellers. Convenient location. Friendly supportive staff. Clean rooms. Comfy bed. All good. Safety and security also good. Bit of noisy came from neighbour rooms in middle of night. But it is their fun 😁 noisy. Only TV didn't work. But I didn't bother it other wise they would fix it. Recomend for foreigners.

We took it for a couple of nights. There are no cafes in the area within walking distance, there are a couple of shops where you can have a snack. It's close to the center of Ho Chi Minh City by taxi. The room does not have normal windows, but there is a washing machine and the air conditioner works well, it is clean. But I would not stay again, because of the location.

Friendly staff. The room wifi is weak, if you go to bed you will not be able to catch the wifi.

It was nice and quiet. Circle K and Family Mart are 30 seconds away on foot. However, there aren't many places to eat.

The room was clean and the staff was very kind. However, I haven't checked the other rooms, but the shower in the room I stayed in was a little cold and lukewarm.

Everything is ok but when I walked into the reception to light incense, the scent wafted up to my room and it was a bit creepy 😟

The room was spacious and hygienic. The service was very good. I was upgraded to a room on the second day after I checked in. During the few days I stayed in Ho Chi Minh City, the hygiene here was one of the best. There was a washing machine and refrigerator in the room, which was very convenient. The service staff was very enthusiastic. I also drank a lot of beer with the guy downstairs, hahaha.

The room is large and has a separate washing machine and refrigerator. It is very suitable for short trips. The convenience store nearby is convenient and quiet.

The location is District 4, but there are two convenience stores right in front. There is nothing inconvenient to stay in the facility. It's nice to have a balcony as well^^ Cons? Doesn't seem like much

Good accommodation, far from the city but not too much, quiet, not chaotic, clean, new room, there is a mart in front of the building.
