Mukemmel bir tatil deneyimi yasadik. Otel, fiyatlar, yemekler her sey superdi. Bellboy Mustafa bey bizi guler yuzluluguyle karsiladi ve otelden cikis yapana kadar ilgi ve alakasini uzerimizden cekmedi. Butun isteklerimizi cok hizli bir zamanda karsiladi ve hep cok ilgiliydi. Kendisine burdan bir kez daha tesekkur etmek istiyorum. Ayni zamanda otel rezervasyonumuz icinde Sinem hanim her konuda yardimci oldu. Rezervasyon yapmayi dusunenler icin akillarinda bulunmasi gereken bir isim oldugunu dusunuyorum. Spa’sini da kullandik ve masajini cok begendik. Kahvalti ve aksam yemegi de cok cesitli ve lezzetliydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Kayseri kayak için gittiğimiz en iyi yer. Mirada del lago ise güler yüzlü çalışanları, ilgi alakaları ile harikaydı. Odalar tertemiz, yemekler lezzetliydi. Özellikle pirzola. Oturma alanları tatlı oyun odası çok keyifliydi. Pistlere gitmek de aşırı kolay. Her dakika shuttle bulunuyor.

Her şey çok güzeldi, çok güler yüzlü her şeye çözümcül yaklaşan personeller vardı çok memnun kaldık çok teşekkürler her şey için! Bir daha geldiğimizde mutlaka düşünmeden geleceğimiz tek yer. Üstelik yemekler de inanılmaz temiz ve lezzetliydi!

Hem otel hem pistler çok iyiydi. Çok memnun kaldık. Yemek, odalar, spa, malzemeler de iyiydi. Daha önce her sene Kartalkaya’ya giden birisi olarak Kayseri’yi kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Fiyat ve kalite bakımından kesinlikle çok daha iyi ve erişilebilir.

Erciyeste kalınabilecek en güzel otel. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü , yemekler çok çeşitli ve lezzetli, odalar çok temiz, bellboy mustafa bey bizlere çok yardımcı oldu. Kesinlikle bu oteli tavsiye ediyorum. Erciyese geldiğimde başka bir yeri tercih etmem. Ailenizle de arkadaşlarınızla da gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabileceğiniz bir tesis.

Great option for a weekend of skiing at Mt. Erciyes! We came with a group of kids and adults and everyone was happy. The hotel is lovely, with a nice pool and spa, an excellent kids club (though it is closed on Sundays), good quality rental equipment, and great ski instructors. Our room was spacious and well equipped with nice views. Breakfast was fantastic and dinner was good as well, with lots of options at both meals. Compared to some of the other hotels at Erciyes the price was also reasonable. We've already booked a trip back in a few weeks!

İsmim Süleyman serdar Şenol bugün 14:30 sularında internetten bulup mirada del Monte için randevu oluşturduk 2 gece için 9.750 TL fiyat aldık geldik resepsiyonda ki erkek görevli biraz beklettikten sonra bu fiyata bu otelimizde kalamazsiniz diğer otelimiz de kalabilirsiniz dedi ve üslubunu beğenmedim diğer otele yani bu otele geldik hataların telefisini söyleyen bayan ilk başta güzel konuşarak keyfinizi yerine getirdi kimliğimi istediklerin de cüzdanımı çıkardım ve biraz kabarıkti sonrasında gecelik 9.750 kusur olduğunu söyledi üslup bir anda değişip yarın hafta sonu cuma gibi gaflar edip kalabalık olacağını söyledi ben benim mağduriyetin ne olacak rezervasyon yaptım güvendim onca yol geldim dediğimde konuştuğum kelimenin sadece havada kalan bir söz olduğunu söyleyerek aşağılamaya devam etti 24 yıldır turizmdeyim böyle üslup böyle rezil çalışanlari olan bir otel zinciri görmedim dolandırılmamaya dikkat ediniz!!!

Otelde 3 gün ablamla kaldık ve çok memnun ayrıldık.Otel konumu olarak piste yakın olması avantajdı artı her 15 dakikada bir piste servisi mevcut .Tüm departman çalışanları çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü.Rezervasyon aşamasında bize çok yardımcı olan Sinem Hanım'a ve ilgisini eksik etmeyen Çiğdem Hanım'a çok teşekkür ederim. İlkay Bey yönetiminde tüm önbüro çalışanlarına ,Devrim Hanım önderliğinde oda temizliğimizi yapan personeline çok çok teşekkür ederiz.Oda ve genel alan temizliği gerçekten harika.Çok samimi sıcak bir otel evimizde gibi hissettik. Restaurant ve bar çalışanları çok ilgiliydi,yemek çeşitliliği ve lezzeti yeterliydi biz çok beğendik.Özellikle belirtmek isterim ki Spa' yı ziyaret etmeden masaj yaptırmadan gitmeyiniz.Terapistlerin ilgisi ve profesyonelliği muhteşemdi çok çok memnun kaldık.
