Nice stay. Staff was really cool. Breakfast was also good. They provide Japanese food for breakfast. Room was neat and clean.

The hotel is well-located in Hiroshima, close to shops and cultural attractions. However, the cleanliness is lacking, as you can see in the photos, with stains on the sheets and curtains.

All three staff members checking in at the counter couldn't even speak simple English. If they couldn't even understand words written down, how could they possibly do their job at the counter? There were a lot of problems. Most of the staff members guiding and serving in the breakfast restaurant were friendly, but the male staff member wearing glasses standing at the entrance on Sunday morning, April 27th, stood stiffly, didn't say hello, and didn't do anything. I think it would be better for the hotel to assign this person to a different job. Please make sure to improve this.

Wow, it's connected to the bus center, and across the street is the shopping street, and on the other side is the art museum and Hiroshima Palace. It's a single room, but it's spacious and comfortable, and it was great!!!!

Mielparque Hiroshima is a beautiful, classic hotel near the Bus Center bus station. There is a tram that stops in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. The area around the hotel is close to shops, restaurants, shopping malls, and walking streets. The reception staff provides excellent service and the breakfast is very delicious.

The location is really great. The airport bus stop is just 1 minute from the hotel. The hotel itself is old and looks old in many ways, but the location makes up for it. However, even though it was a non-smoking room, there was a faint smell of cigarettes, so the air was not good. The windows did not open, so ventilation was impossible.
