It was really an inconvenience for us due to no elevator to go on the second floor. Same limited Breakfast options everyday. No changes in the menu. There were strange noises coming from the washroom as if there was someone inside. Not a great experience staying there."

"We loved this hotel. The check in was easy and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was brilliant. We’re a family of 6 and it’s the best large family room we’ve stayed in. We had two rooms with interconnected doors, one room had two queen beds, the other had a kitchenette, very comfy sofa bed and a king bed in a separate room. So much space, it was wonderful. We slept well despite the noise from the road that could wake you up if you’re a light sleeper. I did notice the noise from the room above us, it could just have been excited children running around but the sound was quite loud. Our children absolutely loved the heated swimming pool with the slide. It was the highlight of their day. The spa was good although the bubbles had some soap scum that we scooped out. Breakfast was pretty good by comparison to others with lots more choice than we’ve seen, including alternative milks. Only thing missing was more healthy options like more fruit and better quality juice. Overall a great stay, I’d give it 9/10!"

"Great Stay – Comfortable, Clean, and Convenient! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel, which looks like it’s been recently renovated. Everything felt fresh and clean, and the room was in excellent condition. The mattress was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had in any hotel – super comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. The room overall was spacious, well-maintained, and nicely designed. There’s a restaurant and bar just next door, which was really convenient for grabbing a bite or a drink in the evening. The service was very good, with friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. Breakfast was basic, but still enough to get the day started. Overall, this is a great value and well-kept hotel. I’d definitely recommend it for a comfortable and hassle-free stay."

"One of our best stay so far. Staff are very friendly and nice. They provide excellent services. Rooms are very clean and spacious. They have 2 heaters, hair dryer, microwave, and a fridge. Another perk you will get is the free breakfast buffet. They have all the American/Canadian breakfast like pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, buttered bread, beans, muffins, yogurt, fruit cocktails, coffee, chocolate milk, and different kinds of juices. Breakfast buffet starts at 7AM and closes at 9AM. I would definitely recommend this inn for tourists who would like to visit Jasper."
