Great holiday, staff was friendly, nice apartments and good beds. Really full equiped kitchen. Everything was clean. Maybe better food, sometimes too salty.

I have been there during the winter and summer and its always great stay. The gondola its near the hotel within walking distance, food has a variety of selection and good quality. For kids pool and play room with the lady that is taking care of them!! Family rooms are absolutely comfortable with a amazing view!

Our family have stayed here for several winters, and the hotel is absolutely top-notch! Close to the ski lift, good beds, delicious food & drinks and a wonderful wellness area. All-inclusive is recommended.

We would have been more satisfied of there was something for the kids to do when not skiing. The slopes wasnt good after 11.00 and after lunch there wasnt much to do but to play Cards and watch a movie on the Phone…

Stayed here for a week in the Superior 2 bedroom suite with sauna, the best ski hotel we have stayed in. Room was huge, loads of space. Bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, fluffy towels. Kitchen had everything in it you would need and we had the most amazing balcony. Location is 3 minute walk to one of the bubbles that served the part of the resort we liked skiing the most. There is a complimentary shuttle in the morning and afternoon to the other side of the resort. Loads of room in the boot room and very warm hooks for boots. Restaurant was wonderful we ate at Altitude which was fabulous and had sushi in the bar one night. Food was delicious and service amazing. Spa was great, massages were brilliant - sports massages though! Out door pool could have been a few degrees warmer but was good fun also. The service everywhere was brilliant, bars, restaurants, reception. We just LOVED this hotel and can’t wait to return.

We were traveling for Christmas 2024, the hotel is very nice, friendly personnel, well maintained facilities, free underground parking, SPA, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, ski rent across the road, ski passes at the reception, individual ski lockers hotel is located 100m from base station of cabin lift. Everything was great including magic mountain views: Resort really takes care of you and have an outstanding service, for sure will plan to come back again.
