On an island in a slum by the sea, I navigated to a slum area, and then I asked around before someone took me there. The other person sent me there and asked for a boat fee of 700 yuan. Too remote

The place was beautiful and serene. We had a small issue regarding our dinner from the restaurant, but the staff were so kind and considerate that they made a huge effort to make it up to us. From missing an ordered food item to being given a free meal, that was a huge come back. We went from disappointed to being happy in the end. That pizza was delicious! Highly recommended.

I booked thru *******, paid in full for 4 double room for me and my family. Website is not ear about the resorts including transportation. We arrived there via small boat.the front desk is not aware of our booking .they gave us the 8 person room instead of the actual preferred room of choice. The room they gave us is terrible. Toilet has no toilet seat. Walls of bathroom has holes. There is no shower. Toilet has no flush. Drain from the sink is just going to the floor. No wifi. I have pictures of their room bec i feel being robbed of what i paid for. Even the cheapest hotel is better than this resort can offer.

Nothing bad to say, the location is out of this world. Not flash but what do you expect. Good for backpackers. No vehicler access. Boat and foot. Take your own towels. Restaurant is on a pier. Very friendly people willing to help, reasonable costs

I stayed here with my family. This is a boat transfer. You can use a local SIM card here, but if you have WIFI, it will be almost impossible to use. If you walk from the dock to the pier, you will find the front desk of the hotel. The pier splits off to the left as you enter the island. If you walk to the left, you will see about six cottages, and stairs leading down from the cottages will allow you to enter the sea. This time we went at low tide, so we couldn't swim right away, but the tide came up near the evening, and we were finally able to swim, and everyone was having a great time swimming. We ate in the dining building on the way from the dock to the hotel. There is a karaoke building next to the dining building, so you can sing karaoke while drinking. There is nothing around and the hotel is a little far away, so you can enjoy yourself without being bothered by making noise. This time we stayed for one night, but I would like to stay for two nights to relax.

My rate for this place is pleasing only because, it was brownout. No electricity in the Island. Management should take care of the Generator. This is a beautiful place, there is a plan for more beautification of the resort per the owner Mr. Smith,Rich that I meet with his Filipino wife. They are very kind couple and the staffs were amazing. We booked 1 night because is very near to Enchanted River. There are so many Hidden beautiful beach resorts near by that traveler should check it out. This is not a 5 star hotel & please don't expect to much, you are in the small island surrounded with water, and no credit card, everything here is cash, but the rate for the money to stay here is affordable and worth it if you want an adventure. lastly, we have a free breakfast. In the future I would love to go back.Thank you so much guys and nice to meet you all!
