My wife and I stayed at a Japanese-Style Room with Japanese Cypress Open-Air Bath on the Terrace. The hotel has English speaking staff who was very friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast were amazing, and the servers Mr Shiraiwa and Ms Yamaguchi provided excellent services. This is one of the best onsen ryokans we have experienced, and we look forward to returning.

The public onsen is large, with a wide variety of options. It's very clean, and the food is delicious and thoughtfully prepared. It feels like a vacation. However, I found an iron nail in the bathtub in my room, but luckily I didn't get hurt. Hotels should be more careful...

The double room comes with a private onsen bath, which is very convenient and comfortable! The dinner and breakfast for the two-meal package were both delicious and exquisite. The large bath was also very comfortable. You can even watch Netflix on the TV using your own account!

The service is terrible. I arrived at about 10pm. As I had a lot of luggage, I asked the waiter to help with the luggage, but he refused. During this trip, I left an electric toothbrush, but I asked the waiter in the message, but he ignored me. I think this is the worst experience I have had in so many hot spring hotels in Japan.
