Courtyard by Marriott Hilton Head Island

Quick trip for a wedding. Standard Courtyard. 3 stars down the middle. Service of the staff was below average but the rooftop bar and hang out area made up for the lack of customer service. Hotel is newer. Room and amenities were nice! Room service is every other day. Got the job done. Newer hotel. Nothing special. Gets the job done.

I stayed Dec 2024. There was a problem with the elevator. The staff Alexi front desk and General Manager Leigh Ann and Ken went above and beyond to accommodate me. I would like to mention Olandra the cleaning woman . I had surgery and asked her if she could clean the room while I went to breakfast across the parking lot. You betcha .. she did it perfect timing too! The man playing the evening rooftop bar was unbelievable and the drinks by the nice bartender were very good. This guy was so good playing the music that the guests were tipping him to keep playing. He was such a gem.. he continued to push his limits. The hotel should really market that rooftop bar. Please do yourself a favor get a glass of wine and sit by the fire pit. You will be entertained by a person that needs to be discovered for his talents! The hotel had a nice breakfast place in the parking lot. A pizza place as well. The shops and other live band venues are to the left out the front entrance. Also a trolley (map in photo posted) comes by in season. A free golf cart (phone number on photo I posted) ask the desk takes you around. I would do that first so you can an idea of the ice cream shops , restaurants and local bars. I was there after Christmas it was magical! I loved all the venues and live bands! I walked less than 5 minutes to everything including the beach. There is free parking by the beach. The beach is about two blocks from hotel and the parking is one block from the beach. The hotel was clean and cozy the price was really reasonable $155. I loved it!!! Many people mention the shower being an issue with water on the floor. I agree a weird concept but I just threw down a towel. The price that I got for this hotel and what the hotel was.. 5/5

This hotel provided everything I needed. It was very close proximity to the beach and the eateries were awesome. Food is pricey in this area but for the ambience, it is very much worth the price. The hotel has a rooftop bar. This was awesome because the kids can swim and you can also relax with a beverage and some food

Nice and clean hotel. Rooftop pool and bar were excellent. Location is a short walk to the beach and is nearby many restaurants. Room cleaning is every other day and our first cleaning didn't happen likely due to a language barrier but management stepped up the next day and resolved the issue satisfactorily. The pool bar opened at 2 PM and had menus out on the bar. When I tried to order, the bartender asked me to come back in 20 minutes because someone was coming in a little late (cook?). After 45 minutes, I went back to order but the missing person still wasn't there and was asked to come back in 10 minutes. I chose to leave the hotel to eat. None of these items were deal breakers but if they didn't occur, this would be a five star review. I would stay at this hotel again.

Hilton Head Haven My stay at this hotel was excellent!!! The room was roomy with gorgeous decor! The staff went out of their way to make sure I was safe and comfortable. I’ll definitely book at this location the next time I’m in the area. ❤️

The property was very nice, and we especially liked the roof-top bar even though it was quite noisy !
