Room was clean and well-appointed. Housekeeping staff were excellent, in frequency of attention and in quality of their work. Front desk staff were helpful and pleasant even at busiest times. Breakfast provided was fine and daily choices I appreciated. Appreciated healthful options available daily (oatmeal, fresh fruit available at breakfast and apples (wrapped to reduce hand contact) and bottled water at front desk throughout the day and other popular breakfast items (bagels, waffles, omelets, etc that I don't choose to eat) are also provided. I did not utilize other on site amenities (exercise room, etc). I would stay here again.

There was an odd smell in the lobby that persisted throughout the hotel. The carpets were soiled. The two elevators had the same smell. The room was small. The bed was awful, room 217. The air conditioner was loud. The bathroom was marginally clean. The breakfast was limited. We chose to go out for breakfast This establishment is not qualified to be in the Hilton chain

Stayed three nights at the Home2Suites in Hilton Head. Hotel is conveniently located and clean. Our room had two queen beds and a full kitchen. Bathroom was well appointed. Free parking, WiFi and breakfast.

I have been a Diamond Member of the Hilton Hotel chain for years and have therefore stayed at several of the Hilton brands all over the USA. I generally never have a complaint. However, my wife and I stayed at the Home 2 Suites on Hilton Head Island for a week of vacation. Never have I been treated so badly at any hotel ever. The staff was certainly friendly enough but the management was combative and unreasonable. My wife and I used the "courtesy" shuttle to go from the hotel to the beach. As instructed, we filled out the bus sign up sheet with our desired departure and pick up times. Two days in a row this hotel left us stranded at the beach. When I tried to get an explanation from the manager, she would not take responsibility for the errors and kept insisting that I didn't fill out the sheet, I assure you, we did, acted like I was the unreasonable one expecting be picked up at the prearranged time. At no time would anyone at this hotel take responsibility for leaving us stranded. This was a very frustrating experience. I do not recommend this hotel.

Room was a great size, quiet and clean. beds were super comfortable! Plenty of places to plug in electronics. Staff was welcoming at check in.

WORST hotel we have stayed in anywhere in the world - literally. Mattresses are horrific with zero support. Tried the pull out sofa and it was springs only. It was also dirty in a gritty way. Nothing cleaned properly so much so we were afraid to even use the coffee maker. Staff were rude the day we called to book and maintained that stance for our stay. One would think - new hotel how bad can it be? It was so bad neither of us got sleep. We actually slept on the floor because the mattress was like lying on a wet noodle with lumps and bumps in the pillows and zero support in the mattress. There was no support whatsoever. Really cheap chemical filled property. We shortened our visit and moved to the Marriott.
