Nice hotel. Like the suite with mini kitchen. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.
Only comment is the parking lot (side lot for overflow?) has a lot of trash in it. I didn’t feel very safe when I had to park in it bc it isn’t lit very well.

Room was clean and well-appointed. Housekeeping staff were excellent, in frequency of attention and in quality of their work. Front desk staff were helpful and pleasant even at busiest times. Breakfast provided was fine and daily choices I appreciated. Appreciated healthful options available daily (oatmeal, fresh fruit available at breakfast and apples (wrapped to reduce hand contact) and bottled water at front desk throughout the day and other popular breakfast items (bagels, waffles, omelets, etc that I don't choose to eat) are also provided. I did not utilize other on site amenities (exercise room, etc). I would stay here again.

We are Hilton Honors Gold members and the service here was the worst we may have ever had. The front desk is rude and not interested in providing any assistance at all. We chose our room on the app and she said we gave the room to someone else so you will just have to get what you get. I contacted Hilton Honors and they attempted to move me but this place was refusing to refund the points. Never seen anything like this place in all my travel. I requested top floor and they placed us on the 2nd floor in a room with a terrible bed that was not usable. If you are not friends with the staff good luck getting any service. I would advise you get another place.

Nightmare! My stay at Hilton Head Home2 Suites was a nightmare! I didn’t get an hour’s worth of sleep. The toxic fumes from a nearby paper mill infiltrated and over powered my room. When I called the front desk to change rooms, they said they were aware and there was no room free of those fumes. They refused to compensate me and apologized saying it was out of their control. They made no effort to make me happy or satisfied. Poor customer service. They need to warn people of these possible toxic fumes.

We booked a room at this Home2 when we were in Hilton Head for a wedding. It was the most affordable option for us, and we could not be happier with our choice. The room was clean and had everything we could need. We arrived early and the staff accommodated us for early check in. Most of all, the staff were so unbelievably kind and friendly. We were provided with complimentary water, lemonade, cookies, apples, coffee, tea, and of course the morning breakfast. The location was close to the airport and only a 5 minute drive to the beach resort where our wedding was.

I'd give this hotel a 3/5 rating. Lobby had a strange odor; firepit was not working; waffle iron was out of order; breakfast selection offered something for everyone. Room was spacious; staff was pleasant and courteous; afternoon cookies were a nice touch.

There was an odd smell in the lobby that persisted throughout the hotel. The carpets were soiled. The two elevators had the same smell. The room was small. The bed was awful, room 217. The air conditioner was loud. The bathroom was marginally clean. The breakfast was limited. We chose to go out for breakfast This establishment is not qualified to be in the Hilton chain
