Very nice rooms. Convenient for walking to all the shop, restaurants, and beach.

The Hotel was recently renovated, and our room was clean. We were on the 5th floor and had a balcony, but it was so tiny. All you could do was step out and stand. We had a view of the pool. The pool was nice but small. It was not crowded in later afternoon. The hotel is in a good location to beach and Coligny Plaza was not far. It was nice to have a free shuttle (tips recommended), driver was prompt in picking up. Parking is very limited next to the hotel. They had an overflow parking spots but it's not close to the hotel entrance. Two of the nights we were not able to find a parking spot and had to park even farther away in the Spark Hotel lot. The air conditioning in our room did not get very cool even when it was set at the lowest setting. Staff said they would have maintenance check it out. However not sure if maintenance look at the HVAC or not, we left the room early each morning and did not return until the evening. The room was still very warm and never got really cool down. Overall, I would not choose this Hotel again especially during peak season when the rates are much higher. There are too many choices of other hotels.

Very disappointing stay. We were charged incorrectly, and when we asked for help, the front desk agents treated us poorly. Their rude attitude and unwillingness to assist made the situation frustrating and stressful. Definitely not the level of hospitality I expect from Hilton.

I was skeptical about this hotel based on other reviews. However, we had a perfectly nice time. The hotel was clean and the staff was attentive. The parking lot is small and one night we did have to park in the extended parking area, however, they had someone on a golf cart giving rides to the front door. Our room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable. It was perfect for our stay.
