1. 조식 4인으로 확인하고 호텔예약했지만, 2명만 조식이고 나머지는 추가비용입니다
2. 호텔주차로 무료라고 나와있지만 무료 아닙니다
(길가에 대면 무료고) 호텔안에 할꺼면 주차료가 있습니다.
3. 숙소청소도 매일안합니다.
아침에 숙소나가기전에 해달라고 전달했고 해준다했는데. 숙소오니 안되어있어서 카운터가서 물어보니 여기는 2일에 1번씩 청소 한다는 말뿐입니다....
빅아일랜드.처음왔는데 정말 실망스럽습니다...
Trip.com 예약 사항이 잘못올라온건지, 호텔자체가 이상한건지..정말 비추입니다.

The room was big, the facilities were a bit old, there were some strange noises, I called the front desk and they came quickly. Parking is very convenient, and you can park for free on the street outside the hotel.
The view from the room was nice, and the hotel also had beach chairs and stuff, but our main itinerary was to go to the volcano park, so we didn't enjoy any hotel facilities.
