房間比較寬敞，但是這部分老樓是真的有點老，需要改造了，不過住起來影響不大。
入住送每人一個還有點餘熱的cookie，如果有過敏，還有其它替代。
即使説包早餐，也衹是成人每天補貼$15，然後在早餐廳單點。低齡小孩好像免費，但是大齡的就自己負擔了。不過大人的早餐這個補貼基本可以覆蓋，自付部分不算太多，主要是小費。酒店有送飲品券，一樓晚上聽樂團唱歌時可以用。
比較美的是海邊環境，早餐廳旁邊就有小泳池，直接跳海里玩也可以。
對了，前台對面靠門口有個櫃枱可以訂觀光服務。當天去訂有點晚，不過兩位女士很熱情，還幫忙打了租車公司電話，讓對方來接我們去租車公司租車！

房間挺衞生，但房間沒有陽台，玻璃也很臟，海景很坑，預訂後不可退不可換日期，就算往前一天也不可以，提早一天退房還有100美金的提早退房費。挺坑，很一般，不值這個價

酒店位置很好，hilo機場開車過來10分鐘左右，距離火山公園45分鐘，開車上去天文台服務中心1個小時左右，周邊魚市場、農夫市場開車都在5分鐘之內，服務人員很熱情，有代客泊車服務，非常方便，住hilo的最佳選擇！
