We stayed in a room overlooking the waterfall. The waterfall is stunning. The resort has it slightly lighted at night, so we could see it from our balcony day or night. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff were really nice. The room itself could use some attention to detail. Checking in is through an office window, which caught us off guard. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. The view waterfall was exceptional and it is one of the few waterfalls on the big island you can walk to and swim in the pool at the bottom.

Stayed here for 2 nights and fell in love with the property! Beautiful grounds and it was amazing to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waterfall. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. No AC but you really don’t need it, as it gets really cool at night and perfect for snuggling up to your bae :)

Really didn't know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. It is off the beaten path but a pleasant ride and the road was well paved, directions were super. Our room (King Kamehahameha (?)) was lovely with a balcony overlooking the falls. The sound of the rushing water was lovely music to go to sleep by. The common areas were very nice with a open balcony to eat breakfast and TV, music, computer and phone if you wanted it. We were too busy to use the common areas anyway. The housekeeper, U'ilani was very welcoming and she will make you eggs if you would like. We met some very nice people and it was very private. Would highly recommend the Inn for a lovely stay!

This was by far our favorite place we’ve EVER stayed and we have traveled the world! The staff were super sweet and helpful, starting when we checked in and got settled - to having an amazing breakfast and checking us out. Everyone was wonderful! The breakfast was served on the patio overlooking the gorgeous waterfall. It is tucked away, so very quite with trails through bamboo groves and down to the falls, where you can take a refreshing swim. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this picture perfect, extremely tranquil Inn💕. We will definitely return.

This hotel refused to shelter guests during a tsunami evacuation. They said “your problems are not our problems!” No thought of being human im this situation!!!

What a beautiful experience. If you want an all inclusive resort this is not the place for you. However, if you are into nature retreats, the experience was phenomenal. We swam in the private waterfall everyday and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There was no air conditioning in my room but it was not a problem at all.

This hidden gem was absolutely Astounding from the amenities, to the views, and to the staff We are from Kona and had never heard of this amazing place From the moment we arrived the staff was so welcoming! We spent a week here …. And even though we are from the island, it wasn’t enough time!! We look forward to returning as soon as we can! We highly recommend this place to anyone but please respect this amazing place! We recommend the breakfast meal (booked before the morning of) Take a short walk to the waterfall while the morning sun is out, take a dip, and shower before starting your day of adventures in Hilo!
