A room with a Concorde view!
Great hotel for early flight.
We have experienced other hotels at Heathrow and this one is the best.
Very friendly staff, clean, great location. We walk to the tube in the morning, 5 mins walk and a short free tube ride to the airport terminal.
Good is nice in the pub/restaurant and again competitive compared to some other overpriced hotels at Heathrow.

Near Hatton Cross Station, so it would not take too long to get to the airport. But the room is not very soundproof, you can hear some voices from other rooms.

Stayed here for 3 nights on a recent trip. Nice room with two big double beds. Shower is great but the bath is really shallow so not ideal if you like a nice soak. Good WiFi, big TV, fridge in the room etc.
Breakfast is excellent. Great selection. Coffee could be better. I wouldn't expect a hilton property to use cheap coffee machines with powdered milk instead of fresh.
Location is great. There is the usual hoppa bus to the terminals for £7 or you can walk for 4-5 minutes to Hatton Cross and take the subway train for free to all the terminals (just use a contact less card to get through the barriers).

Great location, clean rooms and staff are welcoming. Underground is only about 5 mins walk, so convenient to get to central London.

Pretending to save the planet by not giving any slippers. Wanted to charge me an extra forty pounds to check in at 11:00. No bathroom amenities.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn foe 1 night before I was due to travel the next morning for an early morning flight.
The hotel is located a few minutes' walk from Hatton Cross underground station.
Upon arrival, there were two members of staff at the reception desk. One member of staff was busy serving a customer, and the other member of staff had just finished checking in a customer. I waited and then approached the counter and said hello to the member of staff who responded coldy that I would need to go to her colleagues' desk and wait to be served. There was no explanation given. I assumed that maybe she had finished her shift and needed to leave the counter.
Her colleague was still busy serving a guest, so I had to wait a few minutes before they were finished and I could be served (please note I had a small child with me).
During this time, whilst I was waiting, two new guests walk in and approach the counter I was previously at, and the same employee that told me to join her colleagues queue then began the check-in process for these two new guests no questions asked she was friendly to them. Me and my child were kept waiting to be checked ilfor a few more minutes before we were eventually attended to. I asked the employee who served me if there was a reason why his colleague sent me to his counter and made us wait when she had no visible guests or did not appear busy for a period time whilst we had to wait to be checked-in. He apologised and was unsure why she did not check us in. Her attitude put me off ever wanting to stay in the Hilton Garden hotel and made the start of the holiday experience a negative one. Though the colleague that served me was polite, it didn't dosmoss how I felt from his colleagues earlier coldenss and treatment. I would not stay in the Hilton Garden Inn, Heathrow again.

Very friendly staff, they couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bar / restaurant wasn’t too expensive, the food was delicious. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic, again the the staff went out of there to help with any questions you might have.

Great staff make this otherwise unextraordinary hotel rather better than you might expect. Breakfast buffet was very good. The only downside for me was the quality of the burger served in the bar, which was very poor - overworked meat, tasteless cheese and worst of all, flaccid, barely cooked bacon.

Basic hotel suitable for a quick stopover.
Bed was comfy.
Bathroom was quite old and had no exhaust so it got steamy easily.
Hairdryer was quite sticky in some parts
