Everything does not match the price. Both air conditioners in the room we were given were broken. When asked to change rooms, they were not replaced. We had to ask someone to fix it, which caused water all over the floor. I don’t recommend staying there. The photos are definitely nice. Yes, but they are all illusions

The hotel staff is very friendly. Food was delicious. Rooms are very clean. We had a great experience during our stay. We enjoyed well there. We will come back again. Highly recommended. Special thanks for Dilshan in reception. He take care us as his family members. Thank you very much for all.

Современный отель с просторными номерами. Из окон отеля прекрасный вид на океан. По вечерам можно наблюдать красивые закаты. Заботливый персонал. Отличный ресторан, где есть еда в том числе европейской кухни. Также есть возможность заказать еду в номер. В номере отсутствуют некоторые столовые приборы, но их можно попросить у персонала отеля.

We stayed for a week at the lovely Crystal sands. The room was amazing. Way too big for the two of us. But the balcony and pool, with those views were stunning. The staff were very pleasant. Could be more helpful and always smiling. They arranged a Tuk Tuk driver for us to get around and he really looked after. Taking us down town when we wanted to go out and a tour of Galle. The food on the restaurant was lovely. From traditional Sri Lankan food to yummy western food too. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had the best experience ever at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome, and the hospitality only got better. The staff here are incredibly friendly and supportive, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The stunning sea view from my room was breathtaking—waking up to that view every day was a dream come true. Not to mention, the rooftop restaurant and bar is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The atmosphere, the food, the cocktails—all perfect, especially with that panoramic ocean backdrop. A special shout-out to the restaurant manager (Raveen Koswatta), who is so flexible and accommodating. He literally made my day extra happy, adjusting plans to fit my needs and ensuring everything went smoothly. If you're looking for a perfect stay, this hotel is a must! ＜3

It was a really good hotel with all latest facilities . We had a good time especially my Little daughter enjoyd the plunge pool the entire two days we stayed. We got the sand suite. The spa experience was also really good . The entire staff are really friendly and they looked into our needs really carefully . The food was fantastic and the chef and the entire team was good..tje presantation was good
