I was drawn in by the low price of around $10 and made the reservation. It was my fault for not checking the details carefully, but the room I stayed in had no windows and no air conditioning. There was a fan, but the room was almost like being outdoors—it was so hot that I couldn't sleep at all.

The room was pretty clean but it needs renovation. There was no aircon inside (only fan). Bedsheets were clean as well.
They also provide a towel.
As for bath and toilet it was also pretty clean and needs renovation as well. There was hot water but no shampoo/shower gel in bath cabins. There was only one hanger inside and toilet paper as well.
There was a kettle in lobby on ground floor.
As for cold drinking water they don't provide it. Internet connection was pretty stable.
Located in 10 mins walking distance from turtle beach.
The staff was accomodating and helpful.

Отдыхали в этом отеле три ночи, отель расположен в очень удобном месте, ближайший к черепашьему пляжу, черепахи приплывают стаями. Очень порадовало гостеприимство хозяев, очень отзывчивые ребята, организовали хороший отдых. Номера немного устаревшие, но это полностью соответствует цене, мы платили 1800₽ в сутки за номер с балконом и кондиционером, с горячей водой тоже нет проблем. Рядом куча кафе, магазинов, банкоматы. Отдыхом остались очень довольны, большое спасибо ребятам!

За эти деньги - отель супер, расположение рядом с черепашим пляжем, для купания можно пройтись до соседних пляжей. Были немного грязные простыни и нагреватель не работал, но когда такая жара - это не критично. Имеется кухня где можно вскипятить воду, тарелки/чашки ножи и т. д. Брали на рыбном рынке еду, там её готовили, а ужинали на берегу используя посуду с кухни и столики которые есть у отеля. P. S. Фото сделано на 3-й день проживания.

Очень удобное месторасположение, простенький просторный номер. Из удобств было полотенце, туалетная бумага и кусочек мыла. Тем не менее отель имеет отлично месторасположение так что вероятно вернусь еще.

Данный отель расположен удобно, практически рядом с автобусной остановкой в обе стороны. До океана 100 метров. Но это не пляж для купания. Чтобы дойти до песчаного пляжа нужно шагать в сторону метров 500.
Комната просторная. Однако из мебели только кровать, стул и стол. Мебель прочная. Матрас тоже хороший. Есть душ, умывальник и унитаз. Но кроме туалетной бумаги совсем ничего нет. Ночью в душевой комнате видел муравьев и ящерицу. Все помещения нуждаются в ремонте.
Персонал доброжелательный и отзывчивый.

とてもシンプルですが不自由を感じる事はありません。
