It was fine when I went two years ago, but this time I had to wait an hour to check in, and during that time I just had to wait in the lobby, which had neither air conditioning nor a fan.
There was an elevator, but it wasn't working, so I had to use the stairs.
I finally managed to check in and went to my room, without a single sorry, and the floor was covered in dust.
I wondered when the room was last cleaned.
To top it off, the window frames had come off, and the exposed glass was scary.
The view from the room was good, as the ocean was right in front of me.
The only good thing about it was the ocean view.
There was nothing else good about it.
I won't be going back.

ВОРУЮТ! Самый отвратительный отель и сервис который я встречала, ВОРУЮТ, и воруют в наглую, на 2й день после приезда. УКРАЛИ Абсолютно все до копейки, и 1300$ и 8500 рупий(все было в разных местах) #318 Персонал отеля, не помогает, тычет бумажкой - не оставляйте в номере ценных вещей, как само собой разумеющееся и ДАЖЕ не вызвал полицию, не помогли решить вопрос ни с одним из пунктов. Съемку с камер мы ждали двое суток. И получили ее только после того, как сами съездили в участок и офицер полиции "рявкнул". Деньги украли в самом номере, по сути копались "в трусах" - нашли и все под 0. Мы выбирали данный отель по его расположению, нам не сильно был важен "отличный" сервис, обслуживание, мы просто хотели где-то спать и сразу быть на океане. К расположению отеля вопросов нет, номерной фонд - такой.. скажем уже довольно уставший, допустим.. вода в душе в номере - то есть то нет, холодильник есть в номерах через один, сейфа в номере нет - есть только на ресепшене. Будьте внимательны, я не знаю спите видимо в обнимку с деньгами, так как нас обокрали НОЧЬЮ, когда мы спали, все на это указывает, но все разводят руками, на камерах видеонаблюдения - нет вообще никакой информации, из 6 раз когда мы лично входили и выходили - есть только 1 кадр, потом нет ничего на камерах.. Будьте аккуратны! Если вы поедете сюда, будьте готовы, что здесь всем все равно на беду, сначала нам отель пообещал помочь с питанием(сказали мы будем вас кормить - обед и ужин по 1му блюду) по итогу спустя два дня - разбирательства и отказы в питании.. ГИД - это отдельная каста, кроме того, что он "пытался" помочь - ничего и не сделал, не помог вызвать полицию, не помог обменять деньги (потому что рубли) не принимают. Одним словом.. ты оказываешься один на один в беде.. Объективно, это был бы неплохой отель - месторасположение не просто первая, а нулевая линия к океану, вид хороший.

Great hotel with a gorgeous pool area. We had really good Time and we enjoyed lot. I feel very happy. excellent customer service and reasonable price. The meals were great. Friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel. Shall certainly visit again.

We stayed one night Experience was awful. It was clear that no effort had been made to check the rooms before guests arrived. Room ac was broken when we arrived.Staff was too lazy and didn't bother to help us at any instance.Food was too salty and unappealing and there were no options in breakfast menu.Staff didn't bother to serve us food and everything was late.They didn't serve us dessert or water even.It was a truly horrible experience,I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
