Haritha Villas & Spa

Haritha villa and spa is an extraordinary hotel. I spent 3 nights there with my wife and two children aged 13 and 11. It is set in beautiful green surroundings just 5-10 minutes from the coast. There are only 9 quite secluded villas. We stayed in the second largest one with private pool. We had half board. The food was absolutely amazing! A la carte menu with great choice and fresh sea food. There is a spa on site which look fantastic. We used the small gym there. The staff are very friendly. The quality of the accommodation and food was very high and stood out for Sri Lanka. We had spent a few nights in Weligama bay before here and the peace and tranquility of Haritha villas was perfect after the busy more colourful time in Weligama. We went whale watching on our final morning and even though it is supposedly not the season for it we saw 6-7 whales which was great. Would recommend using the private boat the hotel organises rather than the bigger busier boats. Overall it is a wonderful resort worth every penny.

Great experience traveling to this beautiful place! A place that makes you feel like a special guest. I had Butler - Charith. Great to deal with all questions) speaks excellent English. All questions are solved immediately. Separately I would like to mention the food. It is something incredible! Whatever you try, everything is amazingly delicious! Harita is forever in my heart

This place one of best places I ever seen in my life. They helped us to make great memories. Best place for relaxing best place to blend in with nature .the food was delicious and amazing the had great chef . The staff I have never seen anyone like them in my life especially ( Charith ) he was my villa master and he was great guy.

Haritha Villas and Spa is truly one amazing place. We spent 6 nights here as part of our Honeymoon and we were treated like royalty throughout our stay. We arrived just before midnight in the pouring rain to be met and warmly welcomed by our Villa master Gayan and his colleagues who whisked us to our room where a meal and drinks had been freshly prepared and was waiting for us. Our room had been beautifully decorated with balloons etc to recognise and celebrate our honeymoon and despite the late hour Gayan ensured we were familiar with the features of our stunning room and the associated facilities before leaving us to relax, enjoy our meal before settling down for the night. This exceptional welcome and care set the tone for the rest of our stay. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and the staff all went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed a relaxed and very enjoyable stay at Haritha. Everyday Axel the general manager, the executive chef and head of housekeeping all made time to speak to us (and indeed every other guest) not only to ensure we were happy with everything but to chat and discuss our day and get to know us. The food was amazing, the quality, the quantity and presentation it was fine dining at breakfast and dinner everyday. The service was first class, friendly but unobtrusive. Our room, our terrace and plunge pool, the communal areas and the grounds were impeccably kept. The Spa and the facilities were stunning and the staff absolutely lovely. During our wander around the grounds, to find the monkeys, we bumped into the gardening team who spent ages with us explaining about the plants that were being grown and we had the most informative and enjoyable chat with one of the team who enthusiastically talked about tea production, showing us from there own on-site crop, the leaves that were picked and explaining how skilled the picking process was - it was fascinating and this chap could easily use his knowledge and skills to provide an informative tour to the guest staying at Haritha. We could of chatted to him for hours. Our Villa master Gayan was amazing - these guys work so hard to ensure your stay is nothing short of exceptional and all your needs and requirements are met I could go on and on and on about how exceptional Haritha Villas and Spa is but don't hesitate just go and find out for yourselves you will not be disappointed. Thankyou Axel, Gayan and all at Haritha Villas for making our honeymoon even more special than it already it was truly very appreciated.

Had the best holiday with the best Butler Asela who made our stay memorable. What a great hospitality. The Boutique hotel standard was top-notch. From the reservation stage till the checkout the service was excellent and up to the highest boutique hotel standard. The amenities in the room were excellent. Nothing was missed. The price was very reasonable. Worth the money you paid. Asela our butler was the best Butler with a charming smile and a positive mind. Did his best to meet our requirements. These kinds of staff members are an asset to a hotel to maintain a high standard. We will always remember the best service offered. Food was delicious the location was amazing. I simply do not have anything negative. We will definitely be back. You are a great example for the best Hospitality and the best standard in Boutique hotels in Sri Lanka. All the best Asela, and the whole team. The owners must be proud to have a team like you all. A big shout out to the garden staff, Maintenance staff, Kitchen and F&B staff, Accounts staff, Spa and all other staff who are working so hard to maintain the location and the hotel with the highest standards. GM, you must be doing an amazing job.... Lots of love from a guest as well as a hotelier who loves the passion of Sri Lankan hospitality.
