Well, I can’t really can’t leave a review. Because I got really ill after I had dinner and we were to far from the hotel and I just needed to lay down. And I unfortunately I couldn’t cancel or re book, :( not happy

Great hotel, with fabulous service. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast was good. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town!!!

Dirty, broken light, stained carpet, maid service left no coffee and left half the dirty towels!!! Staff listen and they say they will take cake it but it never happened. I stayed here for over 6 weeks for work and every week it just got worse!

Rooms are terrible! Very little water pressure in shower plus water is luke-warm! Sofa is filthy - I would not even sit on it! Room has been previously occupied by pets, which I wasn't told or would have declined it - my allergies went in to high alert! Sneezed and runny nose the entire time. Worst pillows I have ever tried to sleep on - filler was all but absent! TV is not programed to "GUIDE" so you have no idea what channel you are selecting. A small bottle of water is $5. as is a Coke!

Our nonprofit has hosted an annual event in Highlands Ranch for years, and since 2017 we have consistently booked blocks of rooms at this Home2Suites. In the past, we loved staying here because the rooms were clean, spacious, and the staff was professional and kind. Sadly, our most recent stay in September 2025 was so unacceptable that we will never return—and we urge others to think carefully before booking. Reservation & ADA Failure Despite reserving our room block well in advance and reconfirming with staff multiple times, there were repeated issues with guest reservations. The most serious failure involved our most honored guest: an 80-year-old double amputee, Purple Heart recipient, and his wife. We specifically and repeatedly requested an ADA room with a roll-in shower. Instead, when I arrived, I found out he was placed in a room designated for the hearing impaired—with no roll-in shower. After being told this would be corrected before he checked in, we later discovered that he had still been placed in a room without the necessary accessibility features. This forced an elderly war hero and his wife to struggle with basic care needs during their stay. That is not only unprofessional—it is shameful. Lack of Communication About Water Shut-Off When we arrived, we discovered—only by spotting a letter left on the check-in counter—that the hotel planned to SHUT OFF all water at the property from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM during our stay. At no point in the days leading up to the event, despite repeated communication with hotel staff, did anyone alert me to this critical issue. Had I known, I would have immediately moved our group elsewhere. The shut-off fell on the very day of our event, leaving many guests unable to prepare properly. I had to scramble to relocate several attendees at the last minute. Even outside the "planned" water shut-off, guests reported to me that they had issues with having hot water consistently in the days beforehand. After the water was restored after being shut off for an entire day, the whole hotel went without hot water for an extended period. This level of mismanagement and lack of transparency is inexcusable. Poor Room Conditions Beyond these failures, the rooms themselves were in unacceptable condition: -Couches with stains, holes, and so dirty we had to request sheets to cover them. -Worn, dirty ottomans and lampshades are visibly spattered and stained. -Walls marked up and generally shabby. -Air conditioning units that made entire rooms smell like urine when running. -Multiple guests shared similar feedback with me: the property feels worn out, neglected, and below acceptable standards. Final Thoughts For years, this hotel has been a reliable partner for our group, but it has deteriorated in both condition and service. The lack of consideration shown to our guests—many of whom are military heroes—was totally unacceptable. Guests deserve honesty, communication, and a safe, comfortable stay. Unfortunately, Home2Suite

First they didn’t have the room requested. When we got to a room, the a/c unit was making a loud noise. They gave us a second room and the blinds didn’t work so they gave us a third room and we went to take a shower and had to wait twenty minutes before we got hot water to shower with. The table had a loose leg and just about fell when I leaned on it. There was no body wash in the container on the wall so we had to use shampoo to wash with. Very disappointing stay. Will find another place to stay next time!!

I’ll share what I feel is good about this location and will follow up with what I feel is bad. I travel for work and take 13 week+ contracts. I’ve been at this location now for 8 weeks. First the rooms are spacious and give nice holding areas for food and clothes for long stays. What you would expect with Home2suites. The free internet is slow but serviceable. The room service individuals have all been nice. Front desk have been courteous and say welcome back every time you return, It’s a nice touch. The drinks and food section is well stocked. The location is impeccable. Access to restaurants and freeway could not be any better. Now for the bad, read this. It may sway your decision to stay here. Let’s talk about the amenities. The pool, it’s freezing. Don’t expect to swim unless you like very cold water. They have grills outside but no utensils to clean or grab your food, Bring your own. The room I’m staying in bathroom light went out. Asked the front desk to put a work order in to replace the bulbs 3 times. As of writing this, no bulbs have been replaced. It’s been 6 weeks since the light went out. The showers are cold, Luke warm at best. You will not enjoy your shower here. The fans in the bathrooms are dirty and gross, never cleaned. The AC unit is bent and rattles and makes tons of noise while it’s running. The paid for Internet that cost nearly $5.00 a day is a ripoff, speeds of 34 MPs download and 34 upload. They cap your devices to 3. When you try to add a 4th they try to make you pay another 5.00 a day for the premium. The TV’s are small for the rooms and outdated roughly 36”. They are not smart TV’s. Don’t expect to watch Netflix/ streaming services on the TV. Let’s end with the most important. The breakfast in the morning is disgusting. The sandwich they say they offer is gross. The waffle and cereal are usually your best bet. The oatmeal is runny or dry, never right. The milk has been spoiled multiple times, gross! The counters are ALWAYS messy and disgusting, Never cleaned. The tables are not serviced enough and are terrible to eat on. Usually cleaned at the end of the breakfast time of 9 Am.
