If I could give zero, I would. I booked 4 rooms after being displaced due to a power outage. Each room was 33,000 points. We checked in at about 11pm and were out at about 8am since power at our Airbnb was back on. One of the rooms did not have a working shower. I spoke with the Guest Relations manager after checking out and explained the situation. I requested the points for the one room to be refunded. The manger said she would speak with the GM to resolve the situation. A week goes by and I still had not heard back. I called back to check the status and was told the GM would give me 5,000 points. 5,000 points when I have literally spent 122,000 for 8 hrs. I have been a Titanium Elite member since Titanium was put in place and to have such a dismissive response by a GM is totally unacceptable. A total lack of showing your guest that they matter. Do better!

I liked the property very pretty back outdoor patio, felt breakfast should have been included for the price. The was a very high pitched sound in our room (our friends next door didn't have it) asked staff to take a look and try and find and fix it, no one ever looked at it and they never cleaned the rooms. Noise kept me up all night very frustrating.

We stayed on the evening of May 1st- upon arriving, we asked for an updated room, which we were told was not available-we were the assigned a room on the second floor which was terrible! Toilet did not work properly-the toilet paper holder was disgustingly and rotting from the wall-toilet seat was not properly attached and moved while seated-the room had a moldy odor-overall not a pleasant experience, especially for a room that was over 200 a night-I thought Marriott had a high standard of service, but definitely not this one- never again

Coffeemaker in room broken. Odd shaped pullout couch in main area was hard to get out of for us seniors.
