Highly recommend to all guests! The hotel staff was very good and they even gave us a surprise when they learned that we were travelling for our anniversary! The room is clean and comfortable, with an open-air bath and a stunning view of the endless sea. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are rich and the fish is fresh and delicious. It is recommended to go to the public hot springs, which are divided into open-air and outdoor. I planned to go to the hot spring the next morning, but I was not informed in advance that it was cleaning, which was a pity. Other aspects of the hotel performed well and were very satisfactory. As the hotel is a little far from the station, it is recommended to make an appointment for hotel pick-up in advance.

Excellent view by the sea with no complains. Private "onsen" in room so you can enjoy anytime during the visit. The food is good and that is a lot for both dinner and breakfast.
The air-con keep running and stop at night. I undertand that was keep warm indoor but it is a bit noisy at night.
The staffs keep up excellent service to every customer and we received a warm goodbye that is out of my expectation. The funny thing there were a lot of aged Japanese customers and I felt that like my retirement trip.

The hotel is located on the seaside of Izu Inatori. There is a pick-up service after arriving at Inatori Station. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the hotel. The front desk has very good Chinese service for check-in. The dinner is rich and awesome.

엄마와 처음으로 여행을 위해 첫 일본 여행 장소로 선택한 숙소였습니다. 서비스가 좋다고 착각했으나, 석식/조식 포함된 것을 첫 날 안내도 받지 못한 채 셋째날에서야 체크아웃 하루 전에 All inclusive라는 것을 알았고, 처음 체크인할 때 직원에게 분명히 저녁시간과 예약, 가격을 문의했을 때, 마지막 날 계산해야 된다고까지 안내를 받았습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 호텔 측에서는 제가 안 먹는다고 했기 때문에 환불을 해줄 수 없다는 입장을 고수하고 있고요. 디너 서비스에 과금이 되는 줄 알았기 때문에 하루 16,000엔이라는 저녁식사 서비스를 제공받지 못한 걸 환불해주지 않겠다는 숙소를 어떻게 이해할 수 있을까요? 최악의 숙소로 기억될 것이고, 일본 첫 여행은 다시는 이즈 반도를 방문하지 않겠다는 다짐으로 끝났습니다. 앞으로는 이렇게 서비스하지 마시고, 언어능력도 한국어든 영어이든 외국 손님에게 적합한 직원을 채용해야 국제적인 서비스가 가능하겠네요.
