Beautiful Tiny House in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, loft with a queen bed, full kitchen, one bathroom, front porch and a deck in the back looking at 3 acres of land, with a beautiful sunset, fire pit, it is pet friendly, only 7 minutes from Fryer Hospital, 8 minutes to Lenoir University, very close to shops and restaurants, private parking. Great for weekend getaways, Honeymoon, great place :)About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).Only dogs allowed, one no more than 50lb.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Adults only.About customRules:No more than 1 pet allowed.There will be a $800.00 fine for smoking in property,No overnight guest allowed.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.There will be a $500.00 fine.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Not so tiny Hickory Tiny House
What a lovely stay! The house and grounds are beautiful, clean, and inviting. I initially arrived after sunset and had trouble figuring out which drive to pull into but the host quickly helped me figure it out, then stayed on the phone with me to make sure I was able to operate the automatic lock. Everything was perfect and I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the kitchen and bedroom. I would definitely stay here again. It is a great place to enjoy some peace and quiet but is conveniently located close to all Hickory has to offer.

GREAT Tiny House
Great location, just a few minutes away from restaurants and shopping. Super clean. INCREDIBLE back yard. Wonderful hosts.
