我訂的鴻禧大床房，問前台有沒有雙床房，前台説，鴻禧沒有雙床的，但是可以給我換成其他房型，房間會大一點。然後我們辦理入住的時候，什麼也不説，悄咪咪的給我們降級成了鴻福雙床房！我衹聽過升級的，沒聽過可以自動給客人降級了！
