Absolutely loved my stay here! The room was clean & had everything we needed. The breakfast was good and I’m so grateful they could accommodate and offer a gluten free option for me! Thank you Hailey for being so helpful !

This was our first time staying at this Tru Hotel. I was able to use the check-in option on my phone and my room was ready right before we arrived in Hershey. Our room was on the 5th floor and we had a great view of the parks coasters from the room. The hotel was quiet, clean, and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was fine. The hotel staff was very friendly. I would definitely book again.

One star for the room being clean but nothing else good to say. The beds were soft and spongy and the pillows the same. NO BATHTUB and they don’t disclose this in the room pics or description. And the breakfast where should I start? One pancake maker that makes one pancake at a time for a room full of people - wow who thought this was a good idea for a hotel? No milk alternative options and only one hot option which was powdered eggs and pork sausage. No pastries. At least they had plain oatmeal. Such limited choices. Hey Tru how about get rid of some of the huge lounge furniture and expand your breakfast area for goodness sake. I won’t be back

Relly clean and nice hotel right next to Hershey Park. Diamond member with Hilton and booked using points and had to extend stay which required a second reservation. Arrived in town early and called ahead and talked to one of the nicest ladies I have dealt with in all my years of traveling, Linda. She was able to get us into our room early and was very helpful in making sure that we did not have to move rooms with the 2 different reservations we had. Was delightful to talk to, great attitude, engaging with the family and truly is a fantastic employee and representative for the Hilton brand. Thank you, Linda, for helping make our family trip less stressful. As for the hotel it has a standard gym to exercise, and standard hot and cold breakfast but it was plentiful and fulfilling to get you going for the day. Close to Chocolate Ave and all the restaurants and stores. Plenty of parking, friendly staff throughout and the room was suitable and comfortable for our family. Because of Linda and her exceptional customer service I will certainly consider for future travel whether personal or business.

I spent 2 nights for business. The hotel is clean and in a good location. The rooms are super small, which is typical of the Tru locations. I wouldn't want to stay long due to the tight room and very tiny desk. The desk is adjacent to the cooling unit, so it was uncomfortable to sit and work with the air blowing. Okay location for short stays.

Friendly, helpful staff. Everything was clean and comfortable. Just be aware that it is not walkable to Hershey Park Giant Stadium. Although you can see Hershey Park from the Hotel unless you want to walk about 46 minutes one way you will still need to drive. Other than that - great place to stay - would stay here again.

The desk staff were very helpful holding our luggage for us for free after we checked out so we could go back to Hershey park again without leaving our baggage in a very hot car all day. We came back and picked up our things in the evening before we left.

Extra small room, no ice bucket, NO closet. NO furniture, just shelves WAY overpriced for a crummy room. People congregating in the small, narrow hallway, because there was no room in the rooms. Paper cups!!
