Great place, very friendly staff, clean rooms, great food nearby. I have stayed here frequently in the past for business and the front desk staff always treats me like I am an honored guest, very friendly, very nice. I am always disappointed when I try to make a reservation too late and they are sold out. Highly recommended if you need a room in Hernando.

Absolutely terrible housekeeping. Stayed there 3 nights. Room wasn’t serviced once. Terrible stay. Blood on our bed sheets. Said it was because of Covid. 3 years later…..and no other state has this precaution. Absolutely horrible. Do NOT stay here!!!

We were there for the bike round up and they had a group for a baseball tournament. The weekend was busy and all the employees served us well. No problem with the cleaning of the room or the dining area they handled everything on a professional level.

I have the Hilton app and that makes it extremely easy to find and reserve a clean comfortable hotel with little effort. I know the price up front. Just do a search in a location then like one click you select a reservation at a clean hotel with a known price. Hilton brand hotels may not always be the cheapest place in town but they tend to be reasonable and you can be assured of a clean, comfortable stay.

Good location. Value was high due to condition of hotel. Needs renovations! Bathroom shower had cracks with rust & mildew. Hallways had dirty carpet and unfinished wall repairs. Breakfast was ok. Staff (only 1) was not friendly, seemed overworked answering phones & checking guest in & out.

The most disgusting place we’ve stayed in 13 years! We won’t walk around barefoot and won’t unpack to avoid touching anything unnecessarily. High prices for absolute filth. Such a disappointment for this brand of hotel. The shower has mold, the toilet has mold, don’t look under anything unless you don’t enjoy sleep. It’s that gross!

Good check-in and easy to locate. Must eat at Hernando Donuts. 15 minutes to Southaven and 25 to Memphis. Tanger Outlet ~10 miles. Several restaurants and shopping in 20 mile radius. Safe and always know your location. Always Traffic congestion on Goodman Road.

Great safe place to stay while passing through on road trip. Room was clean, Bed was comfy. Room was quiet. Front desk was helpful with a list of local restaurants and establishments. Totally recommend this hotel! It’s not too far from Memphis.

We stayed here to go to an Ole Miss Football game during the fall. The hotel is in a good location. It was clean and the rooms are spacious, plus the beds are comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
