This is one of the best, cleanest. You feel like you are in your home. While we experienced some issues with the room's temperature, we were feeling cold, but the manager was undoubtedly helpful;
I would like to request more work on the room heating system.

Очень хорошие апартаменты в центре Херманус. Удобно, огромный частный паркинг. Вид на залив ошеломительный, наблюдали котиков и китов с террасы. Ароматные туалетно-косметические пренадлежности.

Пожалуй лучший отель за наш отпуск в ЮАР. В номере было вообще все,что может понадобиться.К сожалению,не успели воспользоваться браай. Расположение идеальное,возле отеля тропинка вдоль океана где обитают даманы,много магазинов и кафе в шаговой доступности.

Apartment 301 exceeded our expectations. The view is just breathtaking, the decor is very tasteful and of a very high quality. The apartment is well equipped and if there is anything you need it is brought to your apartment immediately. The staff are extremely helpful and cheerful and is serviced every day. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty, shown our dedicated underground parking space and our luggage taken care of. Every floor is accessible by lift so it is very suitable for people with mobility challenges. The apartments are right in the centre of the town yet it is quiet, except for the wonderful sounds of the waves crashing in on the rocks. The windows are double glazed so it is very quiet for sleeping. There is a built-in gas braai which we utilised a few times. It will be cleaned on request during your stay.

From the very beginning we felt as valued guests. Already in the carpark we were recognized as returning guests and assisted perfectly to unload and check in. Trevor as helpful as we remembered from our first stay, all the other young men assisting met every criteria of nice, gentle, helpful. This staff was one of the reasons we returned to the Esplanade Hermanus. But as well the great view, clean and spacious apartment (this time with 3 bedrooms), nicely furnished. We were happy here and would be glad to return (or even better, stay).

We’ve had the most amazing stay! I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely come here again and again. The staff were brilliant- very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The apartment is modern, clean and everything is superb. Thank you so much for an amazing stay
