這是一個破敗不堪的沒有破產卻勝似破產的酒店，衞生程度很差就不強求（服務員自己抱怨每月一千多人工，過年還欠着不發，隨便客人投訴），放假裏面設施基本不能正常使用，早上起來沖涼到一半，突然水温巨熱變高（冷水沒有了），燙得我全身發紅，投訴了也沒有人理！！！！

酒店的山路十分崎嶇，十分難走，酒店設施老舊，居住環境簡陋，早餐簡陋，泳池噴水按摩設備都是壞的，無法使用，除了游泳，親子是十分的無聊。
總結一下，除了大自然饋贈的温泉資源無敵外，和勤快的員工外，其他都是一塌糊塗。
