There were bugs falling from the roof at night, which seriously affected my sleep. If there were no other rooms nearby, I would have left the hotel immediately. Facilities: It was minus 20 degrees Celsius and there was no hot water in the room. They said the water pump was broken. The room cost 1,100, but there was no hot water. Although they compensated 100 per room afterwards, it was really too bad that even a guesthouse could have hot water at a room price of 1,000 in such a cold day. Compared with the kang room in Guosong Village near the entrance of Wanda where we stayed the next day, the room cost 450 and was fully equipped, but the price/performance ratio was really too low. I would like to add that Ctrip handled the matter very quickly and their attitude was very good. The hotel only had two service staff who were older and their service and awareness were obviously poor.

入住前和店家聯繫過兩次核實確認，結果到店説完全不知道有這個訂單，敢情攜程訂單都不看。礦泉水衹給兩瓶，多一瓶都不行。攜程付的錢以外還要另外收500按金。我總算知道為什麼放的都是實外圖了，室內一言難盡。地毯破的，全是蟲子，桌面全是痕跡，沙發手一拍灰塵四起，而且沒有吹風機，大冬天洗了頭才發現沒東西吹。並且沒有供暖的，衹有兩個暖風機…………自認倒黴吧

There was no heating, floor heating, or air conditioning in the house that was supposed to be there. The staff was extremely impatient, made various prevarications, and even said that I If you are too anxious, it will naturally warm you if you are calm! What logic is this! There is only one electric heater in the room. It has been running for more than ten minutes and it feels slightly warm when I put my hand on it. The waiter boasted that such an electric heater can make the whole house as warm as spring when it is open in winter. He bluntly said that the customer has never seen a good electric heater... he has no choice but to I gave up. After several communications with Ctrip, they refused to refund and had a bad attitude. The price of gold diamonds is more than 1,100, which is not worth it at all! A gentleman loves money and gets it wisely. How long can this kind of behavior, which relies solely on deception to attract customers, last? It doesn't matter if you make money, don't look too ugly when you eat!
