The hot water in the room was a bit unstable, but thankfully the staff fixed it promptly. The breakfast was decent. However, the hotel's sink had a leak, which wasn't fixed, so the price wasn't very good value for money."

"This is the first time I've used the words "legally illiterate" and "amateurish" to describe a hotel. Never stay at this hotel on a business trip!!! I stayed at your hotel for over twenty days, and this is the first time I've encountered a situation where a customer has to pay 10% of the total invoice amount for a special VAT invoice. What does it mean that a large invoice amount incurs a charge? Am I supposed to pay you an extra night's room fee just for staying for ten days and getting a special VAT invoice? Your finance department is also incompetent! I openly told you that charging customers extra tax on invoices is illegal and against regulations, and after asking finance, they still wanted me to pay 3% tax. The front desk staff are also unprofessional! The standards they follow are inconsistent from shift to shift. Didn't you provide training for your staff before they started working? What do you mean by saying that you can't issue a special VAT invoice if no guest has told you? Can't you at least ask before answering something you're unsure about? A few days ago, at least there was laundry detergent in the laundry room. The first time they ran out, the front desk got me a cup from the first floor. A few days later, I called and they said they no longer provide laundry detergent, and that the laundry room doesn't provide it. The second time, the staff member wasn't the same one either. Putting a few clothes hangers in the room wouldn't cost much, but we always have to ask for them. The second time I checked in, the sheets had yellow stains and weren't very clean. I told you that night to change the sheets the next day. The cleaning lady was sick and couldn't come the next day, which I understand. The third day, they hadn't changed them at all. The room is cleaned daily; if one cleaning lady isn't there, can't another one be used? Or did you simply forget to tell the cleaning lady about this?"

"The bedding was very comfortable. There's a professional gym and swimming pool on the 5th and 6th floors; bring your own swimwear. However, going up and down the stairs is a bit inconvenient; to get back to your room, you have to take another elevator down to the first floor and then another elevator back to your room. The downstairs area has all the amenities you need, with plenty of restaurants and a large supermarket."
