Plattenbau aus den 70igern in trostloser Umgebung
Das Check-In war super. Wir wurden vor der Wohnung empfangen und kurz eingewiesen. Hier gibt es nicht zu meckern. Die Küche war modern und ausreichend gut ausgestattet.Die Wohnung selbst ist für 4 Personen ziemlich klein und liegt in einem riesigen Plattenbau. Der Aufzug hatte Baujahr 1971.Es gibt keinerlei Verdunklung an den Fenstern, im Kinderzimmer nicht mal ein Sichtschutz.Die Abgrenzung zwischen Schlaf- und Wohnbereich ist durch Schiebtüren gewährleistet. Eine wirkliche Abtrennung darf nicht erwartet werden. Man hört jedes Geräusch. Fernsehschauen wenn die Kinder im Bett liegen ist eigentlich nicht möglich.Die Dusche ist sehr klein (1m²), dazu mit Duschvorhang. Ein überschwemmtes Bad ist nicht zu verhindern.Vor dem Plattenbau liegen viele leerstehende und verwahrloste Bauten, die früher einmal Restaurants, Kinos, etc. beherbergt hatten. Jetzt sieht es aus wie Tschernobyl.Preis - Leistung hat leider nicht gepasst.Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich.

Nette kleine Unterkunft mit Abstrichen
Nette kleine Wohnung, aber es fehlen eine Abtropfgelegenheit für Geschirr und ein richtiger Wäscheständer. Bei 3 gebuchten Wäschepaketen gibts nur ein Geschirrtuch. Die Wohnung liegt in einem riesigen Plattenbau und man schaut auf ein stillgelegtes, runtergekommenes Freizeitgelände, das von kreischenden Möwen bevölkert wird. Strand ist gut, aber Umgebung trist.

Schönes modernisiertes Apartment in Strandnähe mit Home Office fähigem W-Lan
Nettes kleines Apartment, sauber und ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Ein sehr gut funktionierendes W-Lan , was in der Anlage nicht so selbstverständlich ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super und dadurch auch eine sehr kurzfristige Anmietung kein Problem. Der Check-in hat hervorragend funktioniert mit dem außerordentlich netten und hilfsbereiten Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Die Anlage ist schon sehr 70er Jahre, die Lage sehr gut zum Strand aber etwas entfernt von der Innenstadt. Es gäbe sicherlich noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der Wohnung zu verbessern, aber ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen – alles war genau wie beschrieben und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Besonders die liebevollen Details haben uns begeistert.Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt war das sehr langsame Internet, das gerade bei schlechtem Wetter oder zur Reiseplanung etwas Geduld erforderte. Wer darauf angewiesen ist, sollte das im Hinterkopf behalten.Nichtsdestotrotz würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen – klare Empfehlung!
