Great location right in the heart of downtown Heihe, walking distance to everywhere, the night market, the morning market, Russian Street, Amur River Park, Eateries, shops etc.
It's a 12-room hotel runned by the owner himself, a one-man show. He us the reception, housekeeper, bellboy and security all rolled into one. A friendly and helpful chap.
The room is basic with comfortable beds. The hotel has no other facilities. WiFi Internet speed is very slow.

經營不易但也應讓客人易受舒適，門口正在修路不便行走可理解，房內較乾淨，服務太度良好，但房間網絡電視多收費且雜音大跟本無法用，wifi每次入房間都要掃碼登錄非常不便，設施不全無桌一凳不便放置背包物品，洗浴沒施按裝不人性開關高超兩米，個矮人夠不到開關且水量特別小，地下水漏位置偏高，面盆腳下積水無耐，特別定房30分鐘後就不許退房這一霸王條款（都是某些標準不達標商家有這種限制），讓客人跟本無時間驗房和無法退房。建議攜程不要推薦這樣商家上榜（當晚18點前允許退房）。

酒店地理位置很好，地處市中心，周圍很熱鬧，吃的也很多。房間整體很乾凈，設施也比較齊全，老闆很熱情，是一次比較不錯的體驗。

Отличное расположение отеля. Прям на пешей торговой улице. Хуафу рядом, 5 мин ходьбы. Номера маленькие, но и цена дешевая. Переночевать пару дней можно. В номере была одна большая двуспальная кровать и одна односпальная.

Были в отеле две ночи с семьёй. Отель не плохой, если не придираться к мелочам, но совсем не семейный. Администратор очень хорошо говорит по русски - это был большой плюс. Находится отель в очень хорошем месте, в самом центре шоппинга, где находились все магазины. Но если вы едете отдыхать от шума и суеты, этот отель не для вас. Ну и конечно, хотелось бы, чтобы предметы личной гигиены (зубная паста, шампунь, гель) были немного лучшего качества. И не понравилась душевая кабина, её просто не было, с перегородкой было бы намного лучше. А так в основном было все не плохо.
