房間寬敞整潔，看得出老闆裝修得很用心，每一處設計都讓人使用得非常舒適，工作人員服務非常熱情周到，有問題第一時間解決。同行的三位長輩非常滿意，強烈要求續住兩天，很完美的體驗。

Плюсы: отличное место положение, просторные квартиры, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Отличный вид из окон.
Минусы: на кухне нет никаких принадлежностей. Ни тарелок, ни ложек, ни ножей. Вам их выдадут, если попросите. Под диванами и кроватями довольно грязно. Количество банных принадлежностей не соответствует количеству въезжающих гостей. Есть запах от курения, хотя номер для некурящих.И самый большой минус - напор воды на верхних этажах. Он не постоянный: за минуту меняется от очень сильного, до полного отсутствия. Мыться в душе - испытание.
Несмотря на эти замечания, при посещении Хэйхе продолжу останавливаться тут.

Останавливаемся не в первый раз в данных апортаментах, всегда довольны чистотой и гостеприимством, кто пишет про кухонную утварь, что ее нет в номере, просто попросите ее вам предоставить на ресепшене (сковородку, тарелки, вилки и т.д.).
