位置在火車站附近，去了之後發現非常乾淨，遠超過漢庭如家這種連鎖，可以説一塵不染。用的床品都是統一消毒那種，床墊舒服，電視可以投屏，是星級管理，平價消費。還有個隱藏優勢，老闆是個非常有風度的中年人，帥哥一枚。下次來還是定他家，推薦！

我入住的是無窗房。主要優點是有空調，晚上睡覺還算比較安靜，周邊吃飯挺方便。缺點是：1）空間太小、太悶；2）電視看不了，連普通電視都看不了，要看得自己交費；3）房間內味道大，離開房間換氣扇開不了；4）wifi時通時斷，信號不好；5）有蚊子；6）床邊抵着兩邊的隔板牆，上下床極不方便；7）住了兩天，第2天衞生根本沒有打掃。性價比太低，在黑河這樣的房子根本不值140多一晚，是分數誘導我去的。攜程訂房又一次踩坑。

設施：有新安裝的空調，涼的速度非常快，新裝修的，環境不錯。
衞生：衞生特別好，乾淨整潔，用品都是一次性的，用着放心。
服務：老闆非常熱情，想去俄羅斯旅遊，老闆給聯繫旅行社，非常的快速方便省心。想去哪玩怎麼走老闆也都熱心幫助。
環境：離火車站客運站，都很近，下了高速進市區沒多遠就到了。離夜市也不遠走着十多分鐘。

不知道為什麼出行時段黑河的住宿特別緊張，幸虧提前預訂了最後的兩間房間，衞生和位置都還不錯，衹是房間確實空間不大，不過頁面也是清楚標註的，房東比較熱情！
