This hotel in heihe got a lot of Russian with 80% of them. The location is good with lots of eatery around the vicinity. But the hotel staff are not very friendly. They do not help us with the luggage at the lify lobby with steps.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located 2 minutes walk to the pedestrian street. Breakfast (buffet) is delicious, fresh products, several dishes to choose from. Everything is clean and tidy, no foreign smells.

The four of us arrived at the hotel at around 8:00. We just wanted to store our luggage first, but we didn't expect that the hotel front desk directly upgraded us to a room to check in.
