Situated far outside with already little bit old interior.

Nicely appointed hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Shower pressure is good. Pretty views and location is quiet. Overall, staff were professional, helpful and attentive. Only problem is that breakfast stopped at 10:am but was down at 9:45am but all the food and breakfast selection was removed- they were rushing to close up and prepare for lunch. So maybe better to say “last serving for breakfast at 9:30am”, instead of “breakfast until 10:00.

I used to stay at Pullman during the first years it opened. Today, the lobby is cold, the Christmas tree is small and ugly (not like it used to be), carts with packages and boxes everywhere, the rooms have not been touched up for maintenance. The surrounding area has been gated so access to the lake is difficult, the neighborhood around it is lonely, dark and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. I would discard the hotel from my short vacay options in the future.

Comfortable, spacious and neat. We enjoyed fantastic views of the waterfront, was well within walking distance of the shopping district and was pleased with the gym and executive lounge facilities on offer.

The only negative point was the room. It was not the standard what I expect from this kind of hotel. Lamps was fixed with silicone. The rain shower was not working. Beside those issues, the hotel was top.

The room was great, with a view of the misty Chaohu Lake. Vic, the guy at the front desk, was very nice to talk to. I said I was only staying for one day, and he was very considerate to upgrade my room.

The service provided by Sharon at the front desk was excellent. The room was comfortable and the hotel environment was beautiful. I was very satisfied. I came here to participate in the Chaohu Lake Cycling Tour. Sharon learned that I needed to rest and adjust after the competition, so she took the initiative to help me with the late check-out of my room. It was very thoughtful and I am very grateful.

The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, and Mia at the front desk has a warm and thoughtful service attitude. I am very satisfied. The hotel of choice for next visit to Hefei

Lars at the front desk provided good service. The hotel has a beautiful environment, rich breakfast and complete facilities. It is very convenient to visit Chaohu Lake. It was very fun to bring the kids!

The overall price-performance ratio is average... I will try another store next time.. 1. Although the hotel is next to Sunac Park, it basically has no parent-child facilities, such as children's bathrobes, children's playgrounds, children's rooms, and footstools. It would be embarrassing to bring children here; 2. The hotel has a lake view which is good; 3. There are not many choices for breakfast, which are a bit cheap. The pastries and cold cuts are very average, and the Chinese food is not good either. However, the mutton soup, chicken soup, wonton and noodles are OK. 4. Although it is a Pullman brand, the hotel facilities are a bit old, the wallpaper is bubbling, the inexplicable glue marks make it look very dirty, the bathroom door cannot be opened, and what is very strange is that there is no ventilation fan in the bathroom... 5. The hygiene is barely acceptable. The bedding and bath towels are comfortable. I stayed for two nights, but the sheets and pillowcases were not changed on the second night..

I checked in at the front desk. Logan had a very good service attitude and immediately arranged to send everything I needed to the room. The room was OK. The view of Chaohu Lake was nice. There was also a lake view where you could run. It was quite cool to run in the morning. The hotel also had a rich variety of breakfasts.
