Its in the best location. Very relaxing and clean rooms. Front desk stuf very kind and help even for ordering food at night.

I've been there for tour with my wife. look forward to having another happier memory.

A bit old and outdated, executive lounge was disappointing

I found hair on my bed and floor, staff immediately offered me upgrades and checked my new room before I entered.

The location is in the heart of the old city area. Everything is at walking distance and within 100 mts has a beautiful riverwalk.

Delightful hotel well located in one of the main areas of Hefei, close to Hefei train station. The hotel is situated next to a long canal which was recently renovated and you can enjoy long walks; it’s also close to several parks and Huaihe Road commercial street with many big shopping roads, Starbucks etc. also less than 10 minutes walk to the metro system. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and have decent level of English service. Hotel is very clean and meets the Crowne Plaza standard. Large and fully equipped gym plus and 25 meter pool with four lanes is perfect for workouts. The breakfast buffet offers the classic Western food and some tasty local Anhui delicacies such as Huainan Beeft Noodles, meatballs, dumplings etc. Will definitely stay here again for business trips.

This hotel is great. I love the fact the staff are so friendly and kind. Specially asst.manager Joanna Zhai. She was really helpful during our stay at the hotel. She made sure that our stay at the hotel was warm and satisfying. Attended to every need we had at once. Really appreciate her efforts. Breakfast in the hotel was nice but same. Wish it was a different experience everyday. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. My daughter really had a good time in the hotel and she was very sad to leave. Hope to return soon for another good getaway. Thanks to all staff from the hotel security bell boy reception guest relation staff house keeping and the management. I highly recommend the family suit if you are traveling with kids. You will definitely have a relaxed time while your kid will be enjoying the room.

This hotel is very confortable, the gym is very good and big and the pool even little busy was always clean. The room was big and the bed soft, and the cleaning room incredible service. The only small issue is that the hotel staff should have more than one member to speak english.

This stay was a good experience! The hotel is in an excellent location, with surrounding attractions within walking distance and convenient transportation. The rooms are located on high floors with a wide view. The front desk assistant Xiao Yin is warm, thoughtful and considerate, which makes people feel warm. I will choose here next time!

The experience of staying at Rongqiao is very good. I would like to share it with you. The hotel has a good environment and sanitation, and the bedding is good. The best thing is that the hotel is located in the old city, surrounded by fireworks. If you don't want to go, you can go to Siwan and Shuanggang to experience various snacks and coffee. It is a very good local cultural experience and the best choice besides going to scenic spots. I would like to especially mention the hotel front desk Xiao Wu's meticulous and professional service, enthusiasm, and quick business handling.

The staff has a good attitude and is recommended.
