HYGGE Qieman Hotel (Hefei Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street Intime Center Branch)

I was truly satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The staff were all friendly, and the entire process from check-in to check-out was seamless. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept very well. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit the area!

My friend and I were traveling together and accidentally booked this hotel. I didn't expect it to give me an unexpected surprise. From the moment I checked in, the front desk lady was very nice and patient. The service attitude was excellent. The room was fully intelligent. I highly recommend this hotel. It's right next to the subway station. The lady also recommended some delicious food nearby. I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in Hefei.

After reading the reviews, I thought the room looked ok and the location was good, so I booked it without hesitation. However, after arriving, I couldn't find the hotel location after searching for a long time. It was in a not very clean corridor in the middle of the shopping mall. There was a bad smell as soon as I entered the elevator. The check-in room was on the 6th floor. I saw the staff checking in at a place that looked like a bar counter. I guessed that this was the front desk. They are hotels similar to B&B apartments. The hotel front desk is only responsible for directing the registration information. There is no room card, only a password lock given by SMS. All the facilities in the room are decorated in the style of Internet celebrities. The quality is not good and it is not worthy of the price. The bathroom smells like a KTV public toilet. There is no aisle between the two beds. They are connected by boards like tatami, which bumped into several times.

I came to Hefei with my girlfriend. The hotel I stayed in has a great location. It is very close to Huaihai Road Pedestrian Street. There is a Kawanka restaurant downstairs. There are many places to eat around. In addition, the hotel is newly opened, so the facilities are very new, clean and sanitary, especially the shower water is very good. The hotel is right next to the Sipailou subway station, and the hotel sign is very eye-catching and you can see it as soon as you exit the station. There is a beautiful terrace in the hotel where you can take photos, but I forgot to take any because I was too busy swinging on the swing. The room we were initially given smelled of smoke and we changed it right away after some discussion. The room we booked was windowless but it had a fresh air system so it didn't feel stuffy. It is very convenient that the smart voice assistant can control basically all devices, and I must say that the brightness and clarity of the projector in this hotel are much better than those I have stayed in before. It is very clear even if all the lights in the room are on. The most important thing is that they consider the makeup needs very considerately. Many hotels say that they have makeup mirrors, but in fact they are small and useless mirrors that must be used while standing, and the light source is basically top light, and they are placed next to the big mirror. However, this one actually has a standing mirror and a stool. Although the lighting effect of this makeup mirror also did not escape the shortcomings of current makeup mirrors (not bright enough), having this design idea and implementing it is already far ahead. The bathroom has a smart toilet but there is one thing that is a little unreasonable. When you sit on it, water will automatically flow to flush the toilet. This is fine, but the design of the water flow does splash your butt. I don't know if this setting can be adjusted... In addition, the laundry room is right next to the room I live in, but it is magically not noisy at all, and I didn't hear any noise from the washing machine. The only drawback is that you can inevitably hear some noise in the corridor, but that's understandable. Except for the check-out and cleaning during the noon period, there is no other noise. The washing machine is relatively clean and has a drying function which is very useful. Also, disposable slippers are really comfortable. My own shoes rub my feet, so I just wear hotel slippers when walking on the pedestrian street. To be honest, the good reviews are about the delayed check-out feature, but what I wrote are all real experiences and personal feelings. Otherwise, I would have just written 15 words to fool people. The hotel was newly opened not long ago, it is very clean, and there is a dedicated laundry room. The rooms are large and well ventilated and lit. The hotel staff service is also great, providing luggage storage, etc. Overall, it was a great stay
