"We have been to the white lion a few times. The rooms are great ! Modern. Fresh. We got some small pastries to taste as a welcome. King size bed. Walk in shower. The breakfast has always been fantastic!. You can see the river from the room. Its in the middle of Hebden Bridge so nothing is far away. Wifey thought the room was a tad too cold.l, but me being a warm person found the temperature perfect! Well worth the visit."

"What a lovely place to stay. We were previously let down by The Well House, who cancelled our stay last minute (avoid them!) and ended up having to book at Croft Mill for a day longer than planned, which is why we hadn't originally seen Croft Mill available for our dates as they had a minimum stay length. In the end, it really wasn't such a bad thing as Hebden Bridge and Croft Mill were lovely. It was such a nice apartment with large bedrooms, nice bathroom, and kitchen diner area with every item in the kitchen you might need. We did eat out most days, but there were also plenty of essentials provided such as tea, fruit, bread, etc. Check-in was easy and you were also provided with a parking space. We didn't see the owners too much, but when we did they were very friendly and approachable. We loved Hebden Bridge so it's highly likely we'll be back and we wouldn't consider another place to stay when we do."
