STAY AWAY! BLACK MOLD, Dirty, falling apart On Sept 18th, on a golf trip with 3 friends, I booked 2 Suites at the Red Roof inn. I was not expecting much from a 2-star hotel, but what we got was pure hell. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS. 1. Ceiling was peeling and falling. 2. Shower rod was falling, and curtain could not hold the water to the shower area. 3. The refrigerator had packing tape on the rubber gasket that had BLACK MOLD! 4. The dishwasher had rancid standing water. 5. The Toilet Seat was falling off. 6. The Door Latch to prevent entry was broken off. 7. The ice bucket (no liners provided) was dirty. 8. There were packets containing sugar and milk substitute that were opened and used. 9. The floors were not swept and had dirt along the edges. 10. The hotel photos showed TV in the bedroom, but there wasn’t one. 11. The Living room couch and carpet had spill stains on them. 12. I went to management, but my complaints fell on deaf ears. I sked for a call back, but did not get one. Listed pool restaurant and hot tub All nonexistent $50 dollars fee at time of check in TV didn’t work asked staff they were no help Finally fixed it my self Because there was on restaurant we had to travel 20 minutes to get something to eat Peeling paint on bathroom sealing Door to our room didn’t lock properly

I took a shower and walked out to the sink area and back in the bathroom!! My feet were muddy and I had to wash my feet again and put on Sox and shoes to walk through the room.

Very cheap - but you get what you pay for
The high point of our stay was the front desk clerk who checked us in. She was very nice. And the room was cheap. But probably best to arrive and depart in darkness, so you don't see the dirt too closely. Beds weren't uncomfortable but sheets and bedspreads looked like they dated to the previous century.

Pretty run down. Permanently Non functional restaurant. Hot tub was advertised. This feature is present only in one room in the property. Come at a higher price and higher deposit. Hence, very disappointing. We ended up not taking the facility.

We got to the hotel after driving 11 hours. We booked this hotel because it said there was a restaurant and bar at the hotel, when I asked what time the restaurant was serving till he told me the restaurant closed two years ago and there was no pool as advertised. My expectations went to a one star on the entire experience.

The room itself was clean, but it smelled. We had to check out at 3 am because the people who were in the adjacent room never, and I mean never, shut up! Talking, laughing even yelling!
