"I noticed egg and cheese omelette was placed together in a omelette containing ham. My husband and mother in law ended up eating some if it before noticing ham in it. There was no labeling of food and the fact that they were placed together since there are guests like us who do not consume pig products. It was a very disgusting experience. When I checked in the room was not cleaned properly with hair all over in the bathroom and carpet was dirty as if it was not vacuumed. There was no face cloth and not enough hand towels for 3 guests. I have been using Holiday Inn but this was not what I expected especially that it was a new hotel."
