Wailea Ekahi Village - CoralTree Residence Collection

We stayed in 12B, it was a gorgeous recently updated condo, beautiful property. Priced well & was wayyyy nicer in comparison to “the Palms” across the street, which a large group of friends stayed at. Easy check in process, all by text. We had all the check in information for our late arrival and had no issues getting in with the keyless keypad. Parking was always available. AC worked beautifully, even the fan above the bed was a plus! The kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything you’d need! The common property was well kept, although kind of confusing to walk your way around as everything looks the same. The ONLY negative was that the two Tommy Bahama beach chairs provided (or left behind by a previous stay?) were very much broken, which ****** because we didn’t check them before getting to the beach, lol. Close to most things: beach is a 5 min walk! Shops at Wilea was a 15 min walk. We did have a rental car, so we could checkout the rest of the island which we were very happy to have done! We spent most of our time in Kihei for the restaurants, shops and the food truck area though. 10/10 condo! Thank you!

We had the absolute best time. The property is perfect situated- close to the beach and close to all main activities. It was great for us to do Road to Hana and Haleakalā as well as drive up to Lāhainā. The suite itself was just perfect- beautifully furnished, gorgeous views, and easy parking. We loved that beach chairs and an umbrella and coolers were provided and that it was a quick walk / drive down to the beach. We would recommend in a heartbeat and would not hesitate to stay again.

The Ekahi is a wonderful property and we have stayed many times over the years in many different units. This year we stayed in 11A as our regular unit was unavailable. While we appreciated the newer stove, fridge, microwave, and carpeting, this unit is very, very dated. The original kitchen cupboards have been repainted several times inside and out; the drawers ill-fitting, and musty smelling. The kitchen was outfitted with what it appears as thrift-store, and odds and ends finds, with no serving dishes or larger bowls (but there were 3 teapots!). The large air-conditioning unit was no longer working in the bedroom, so a mobile unit and curtain for the window was set up. While we appreciate that the large AC units are all eventually being decommissioned as they continue to break down, we should have been informed of this at the time of the rental, as the pictures do not show. As a result of a poor initial install, the AC pipe kept pulling away from the window and we had to call to have it repaired. As well, the bedroom’s dresser drawers were warped and hard to open and close. We appreciated the regular cleaning and replacement of sheets, towels, dish cloths, and coffee supplies. The old hairdryer (with the 3 attachments that did not fit!) was replaced upon our request. Although attempts were made to “freshen up” the space, it is hard to overlook the scuffed ceilings, battered baseboards, chipped tiles, and dusty shutters throughout. The changes are really superficial to a very tired unit. Did we enjoy our time? Yes. We made do with what was there. The unit’s proximity to the pool, the communication of Coral tree and the cleaning made it acceptable.

Check in was easy, messages were sent checking to make sure we were taken care of The rooms were clean and neat, had everything we needed. All rooms had adjustable thermostat and fans. Lots of space. Customer service was very quick and kind, overall amazing experience.

Older unit but the grounds are excellent and well maintained. The unit needs a new washer and dryer. We had no water or ice from the fridge and no progress in repairing it during our 12 day stay. Very frustrating. Good location, close shops, restaurants and beach

Absolutely gorgeous and well worth it Everything we needed waa there for our family and just a 3 minute walk from an Amazing beach.
