Ile Bay Resort

Stayed for 3 nights. No room service provided - room cleaning / sheets changing / water and other basic amenities re stocking . Food quality was excellent and service was good for room food orders. They charged us extra for late check out which we paid using a different Gpay account- Even after we requested at the time of checking in- late delay of information- just 40 mins prior check out time mentioned we have to pay 2000 rupees for late check out . Big hassle . will not recommend. You can pay extra and stay in good resorts .

Excellent properly and great service rooms are spacious, clean rooms, staffs are well trained. Pool is good size and clean

Room was not good in comparison to the price. Room service was very poor. In the washroom water supply was not good. Not worth to the money spent

Best place to stay in havelock, hotel has amenities, very clean, very luxurious with lot of space. Pool is best part. Service with great ethics.

Experience was not that great against the expectations given initially. Loaf of problem related to power, hot water. Food was below avg, quality and commitment given. Even the food wad much below avg and it contained small pieces of metal. The menu they mention as part of the package was not good. As they choose the lowest items l reduce cost and quality. Reception staff is also adamant and not customer friendly. Though rooms were maintained well. We di d not have a great experience as expected.

The resort is clean and hygienic. Rooms are spacious and interiors are nicely done. Washroom is good and spacious. Breakfast was amazing.

A nice place to stay. Calm and beautiful. The food was too good, we were unable to stop. Location is good and near to jetty.

Awesome stay. Property is very nice and clean.
