This place has the potential to be excellent, however it is extremely run down and in no way can be called a four star resort. There was no WiFi outside of the reception and nearby communal areas, the bathrooms were very dated, not to mention the sheer amount of rubbish around the beach.

I stayed at Symphony resort in havelock as part of makemytrip group tour in Sept 2025. The location is central is approx 5 mins drive from the ferry terminal with a wide approach road. Parking is limited however. During my visit construction was going in the middle. They welcomed us with fresh coconut water and sounded a gong. The cottage they allocated were basic with dim lighting. The washroom was average but the toilet flush wasnt working. We had to change the room in the evening. The next room was fine with us. However the paint on walls was not good. There are limited sockets in the room but the AC was new and fully functional. Cell phone signals was very limited in this region. The restaurant had nice breakfast with some live counter. We had dinner at night but the price was very high and quantity was less. Quality was Okayish. We were served by Mr Timir who had good hospitality. Overall an average hotel/resort.

My overall stay at the property was just okay. While the food was truly excellent and the staff were warm and helpful—always ready to provide items like an iron and a dryer upon request—I did encounter some inconveniences. At times, housekeeping and reception were not readily available when needed, which impacted my experience. Another concern was the bathroom mug and bucket, which appeared not to have been cleaned for an extended period. I appreciate the efforts of the staff and the enjoyable dining experience, but certain aspects of cleanliness and service could be improved. Thank you for your hospitality.

Beautiful Place to stay. Food is delicious. Services are excellent. Beach is also beautiful. Reen at Reception is the best and asset for Hotel.

It was really a lovely experience to stay at Symphony Resort at Havelock. Our two day trip was so joyful and full of memories. Symphony Resort is one of best resort at Havelock. Property is full of greenery and pleasant views. Staff member of this resort was really very helpful and have always smile on their faces. I want to thanks one of staff named "Prerna Baul" who helped us to return some items which we had forgot in the resort only. She called us and send other staff to havelock jetty for give that items. We are really very thankful for her graceful behaviour . Thanku Prerna Baul once again. And all the best for ur future.

It was awestruck and peaceful for couple to enjoy...except for the weather which is unpredictable....glad to meet miss predna...who made us comfortable with the place...
