Very nice place to spend a few days in Havana. The breakfast was pretty much good, there was everything you'd need to eat well. The room was tidy and neat with a picturesque balcony.

Since I arrived there I felt as good as I was expecting, excellent service and attention by the personnel of the hotel, clean room etc that made me feel good. I strongly recommend that hotel.

The service is too bad, there is no internet, and no cash is accepted.

Terrible hotel. We arrived an hour before the check-in time: they said either wait or pay. We waited. The Internet constantly crashes and ends, every day. You have to go to reception every time. One evening I wanted to wash and the shower ran out of water: they said that it would appear in an hour, when they finished watering the lawn. She didn't show up after an hour or two. Water appeared only after 3 hours. The room is dark, there is not enough light. The furniture is old and the room smells of old age. The air conditioner did not turn on when we checked in, their master came in an untidy look and turned it on. Then the batteries in the remote control from the air conditioner ran out, the master came again and changed them. I asked him to turn on the TV, because I couldn’t turn it on: he couldn’t turn it on either. From the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, installed on the balcony outside the window, water flowed into the room. Perhaps because of this, the musty smell. I am not picky about food: in general, there is plenty to choose from and the food is delicious. Bottom line, 3 stars does not roll.

The hotel needs to be reclassified to zero stars. Nothing matches the description or photos on the Trip website. The facilities are old and poorly maintained. In the room there was a door that led to another room. The door was locked, even so I moved a piece of furniture to reinforce security. The room's entrance door was a simple lock, it didn't have the extra security bolt. The telephone was just decoration, as the cord was cut. In case of danger, how could I call reception, without internet or telephone? The water is cold, the hot option doesn't work. The worst was the breakfast. The options were rice, pasta, bread, coffee. I've never seen that. And I asked colleagues who were in other hotels about what breakfast was like and was it "normal", with fruits, cheeses, breads, jams, etc. The guests themselves played loud music day and night and even asking the reception didn't help. I went to buy a bottle of water at the hotel restaurant, they charged me a dollar in cash. Then, I was informed that water cost 0.40 cents and that they only accept cards. In other words, the employee kept the money for himself. Internet is limited to one hour per day of stay. Would I go back to Cuba? Yes. Would you return to this hotel? Never.

Terrible service😡😡😡 if you don't have a credit card they let you starve. They are inhuman.

Comfortable and hygienic, good experience, good service and very good check-in experience!

Everything in general needs to be improved a lot.

The facilities are average, but the service is really good. I adjusted a few rooms for me, but the bed is very uncomfortable, the air conditioner is very noisy, and the food is very limited. This is a flaw.
