Very nice place to spend a few days in Havana. The breakfast was pretty much good, there was everything you'd need to eat well.
The room was tidy and neat with a picturesque balcony.

Terrible hotel. We arrived an hour before the check-in time: they said either wait or pay. We waited.
The Internet constantly crashes and ends, every day. You have to go to reception every time. One evening I wanted to wash and the shower ran out of water: they said that it would appear in an hour, when they finished watering the lawn. She didn't show up after an hour or two. Water appeared only after 3 hours.
The room is dark, there is not enough light. The furniture is old and the room smells of old age.
The air conditioner did not turn on when we checked in, their master came in an untidy look and turned it on. Then the batteries in the remote control from the air conditioner ran out, the master came again and changed them. I went to buy a bottle of water at the hotel restaurant, they charged me a dollar in cash. Then, I was informed that water cost 0.40 cents and that they only accept cards.
