The hotel told me to continue staying, and the agent needs to pay the order room fee as soon as possible. It's really out of line, which caused me to be unable to participate in the tasting event of the cigar festival in the afternoon. At the beginning, they said that the compensation amount was not implemented in the end. They said that the original order was completed. Haha, it turns out that when recruiting agents to book hotels, you have to hold a three-party meeting before you can check in.

Of course, you can also stay in Cuba for 100 US dollars. Every afternoon, you can lie on the rooftop terrace to exercise and bask in the sun. Breakfast has fresh meat, eggs and fruits, which is actually one of the better ones abroad. What I am not satisfied with is that the service quality and efficiency in Spanish-speaking countries and regions are quite average, and the quality of Cuban customs personnel is very poor, and the entry and exit feeling is very bad.

The most luxurious hotel in Havana, located in an old building in the center of the old city, can be regarded as a luxurious place. The highlight is the swimming pool and open-air bar on the rooftop. Have a cup of mojito in the sunset, accompanied by the singing of the live band, and admire the old buildings around. Time seems to stop, and I don't know what day it is in a trance. The room is not small, the roof is very high, and the famous old building of Havana is just outside the window. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub, and there is plenty of space. There were only four folded paper towels when I checked in, and they were not replenished when I cleaned the room. Later I learned that Cuba was short of paper... If you care, please prepare your own facial tissues in advance. There is no hot water in the room, but there is a small refrigerator and a device similar to a capsule coffee machine. There are two capsules, not coffee, I don't know what kind of tea it is, and it tastes weird. Free Cuban bottled water is provided, but the water is not small and the taste is average. The bedding is OK, and the overall hygiene is acceptable. The window can be opened, and the beautiful scenery is unobstructed. The music was very loud in the evening, and it was noisy until almost 2 a.m. on the first night. I closed the windows and put on earplugs to barely fall asleep. Maybe it was because of the New Year's Day holiday, it was basically quiet before 12 a.m. the next day. US dollar cash can pass through without any problems, but credit cards can't pass through, saying that the facilities were damaged by the hurricane not long ago... I didn't eat in the hotel, and the drinks on the rooftop were so-so. The service attitude in the lobby was good, and the bellhops were very friendly.

The service, environment and hygiene are only above average. The breakfast is good. The menu of the restaurant on the sixth floor indicates that each item is in pesos and US dollars, but when you check out, they don't accept pesos and you can only pay in US dollars by credit card, which is puzzling.

Checking in to Kempinski, first of all, the location is perfect, diagonally opposite the Parliament Building, and then the bar on the top floor is really amazing. Even the elevator is a sightseeing elevator, which is a good place to take photos and check in. Overall, the experience is quite good. You can drink cocktails here and enjoy the scenery of Havana City.

The curtains couldn't be closed and the toilet leaked, causing water in the room and corridor. Called the front desk, but no one came to handle it. When I called again, the line was busy and could not be connected. The room is next to the street, and there is a bar opposite that is very noisy at one or two in the morning! The restaurant on the 6th floor is very unpalatable, the ingredients are not fresh, even the Mojito was discontinued due to lack of certain ingredients. It is known as the best hotel in Havana, but with this level of service, it is ridiculous

A very good hotel, basically reaching the level of domestic five-star hotels. The rooms and bathrooms are large, the air conditioning is always on, and the rooftop view is very beautiful. It is unique.

The infrastructure is definitely the best in the area. At least bottled water is provided every day. The breakfast is rich beyond imagination. Eggs Benedict and omlete are available a la carte. The dinner at Roof is also very cost-effective. The restaurant service is excellent, but the room service is very average. The money exchange place on the first floor closes at 4pm. The exchange rate is not great either. . .

The hotel is perfect in terms of location. You take the room and wait for the rooms to be vacated. This is a big problem. The guys at the reception could be a little better
