Don't stay here ! I travel for sports tournaments in the summer and have stayed at many types of hotels. This was one of the worst hotels that I've stayed at. I've been in contact with the Radisson management and team for two weeks now trying to address the issues during our stay, and I'm only getting the run around. Needs to be condemned and torn down. We stayed there for 3 nights in July and this is what we experienced. Blood on the bed sheets Broken A/C unit Excessive wait times at the front desk due to understaffing and lack of customer service - both at check-in and when A/C broke A non-functional bathroom fan A mattress so worn it felt like sleeping directly on exposed springs The pool looked like it had not been cleaned in quite some time

I have a block of rooms at this hotel for a wedding in September. Three of us toured the hotel last year, and did not find anything wrong with the rooms or lobby. I was a little concerned about the bad review that have been posted lately. So, I went down to the hotel on July 22, 2025 and explained to them my concern, and asked to tour the rooms I have booked. They showed me 4 different rooms. I could not find anything to complain about. The rooms were all in good shape. They did not seem dirty or smell at all. The lobby was clean. This was my husbands first time seeing the hotel, and he could not understand all the negative reviews either. Please do not believe everything you read. You can not please some people. They will find fault with anything. And the staff was very nice to us. Did not seem like we were bothering them and was happy to help us.

I never write review but this place was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We had two rooms for our family. Both toilets ran all night. The AC was terrible. Was loud and it was impossible to get the room to the correct temp. When I was up early in the morning and about to take the elevator downstairs I noticed a pleasant surprise as someone threw up all over the rug. I told the front desk who was annoyed. 45 minutes later nothing was cleaned. Breakfast not included and overpriced. 3 waffles for $11. Should just be included in the price which is overpriced to begin with. Do not stay here.

This hotel was so beautiful and smelled sooooo good!!! I really wanted to rant and rave about Alia who was at the front desk when I arrived! She was so accommodating and helpful, with such a beautiful spirit she made my stay so special! I’m definitely going to be coming back here!

First we get there and it’s falling apart. See picture. The hall smelled like smoke. It was disgusting. 4 people in a hotel room and they leave us two towels. That store they talk about? Not stocked. Nothing in it. Had to pay for breakfast. $15.00 per person. Stale french toast. Not worth the money. Basically paid for what other hotels serve for free. Messed up our reservation so our keys stopped working. The hot tub was empty. The only redeeming quality were the young kids working there were sweet and apologized for everything. Not worth the money. I never leave bad reviews but this one was so bad I had to.

Hotel is old & dirty. During the night the smoke alarm dropped from the ceiling. After checking it, saw it expired in 2011 and wasn’t even hard wired !!! Brought to front desk, they put a “new one” on, fell down that day & also was not hard wired and that expiration was 2009!! Never again!
