My room was clean and comfortable, quite spacious, the hotel itself seemed a little odd and soulless - for me it was just a stop over before flying the next day, and I got some good rest which is all I needed it for. Location is pretty convenient. Would say it was VERY expensive for what it is.

Hotel double booked our wedding which forced us to cancel. I was reassured many times that everything was fine and obviously, no one in this company talks to each other or even works on site. I was refused a copy of our contract, treated with terrible customer service and attitudes, and the manager would not even have a conversation with us to make it right. Don't book here or have an event here.

Don't stay here ! I travel for sports tournaments in the summer and have stayed at many types of hotels. This was one of the worst hotels that I've stayed at. I've been in contact with the Radisson management and team for two weeks now trying to address the issues during our stay, and I'm only getting the run around. Needs to be condemned and torn down. We stayed there for 3 nights in July and this is what we experienced. Blood on the bed sheets Broken A/C unit Excessive wait times at the front desk due to understaffing and lack of customer service - both at check-in and when A/C broke A non-functional bathroom fan A mattress so worn it felt like sleeping directly on exposed springs The pool looked like it had not been cleaned in quite some time
