This hotel was nice and right next door to weekend floating market. Staff was very kind. Rooms were nice.
But we found it to be a little far from restaurants and town.

This is a very rare and unfriendly hotel. We mistakenly booked a hotel with the same name as a Taoyuan hotel. We discovered the mistake immediately and were unable to contact them through WhatsApp, email, and international calls. Trip customer service said they were unwilling to negotiate a refund.
Of course, we're prepared to take responsibility for the mistake, but a hotel so resistant to communication should be reconsidered.
