A very bad experience, the room was Dirty and the sheets were torn and probably not changed, the drainage was broken, I took a bath and it feeled the floor with water! only the girl at the reception was Nice, otherwise it was a terrible Night !

Hôtel très charmant aux styles très différents mais ma foi très jolie, extrêmement bien situé ! Proche du centre et de tout ce que Hasselt as à offrir ! Accueil soigné et personnel très aimable et serviable ! Chambre propre mais très petite et confort minime , bien pour une nuit et pour 2 personnes au grand maximum , petit déjeuner correct , niveau restaurant Pasta en Penne un peu déçu , cher pour la qualité , servie ... globalement un 6/10 , pour le prix/qualité de l’hôtel ! Eenvoudige kamer, bed met 'topper', welke heen en weer schuift. Goede douche, in toilet kon er geen wasbakjes vanaf, moet dan naar douche met wastafel, aan andere kant van de kamer om handen te wassen. Geen bergruimte, alleen een metalen rek met glas plaatjes om wanneer te leggen. Ontbijt 1e dag wel aardig, bruin en wit brood , alleen scrambled eggs, geen gekookte eieren, beleg e.d. redelijk. Op 2e dag nog maar 1 snee bruin brood, gevraagd om brood (aan wie later manager bleek te zijn) er lagen alleen paar stukjes droog stokbrood, de man vroeg verbaasd, wilt u nog brood? Hij legde uit dat het uit de vriezer kwam en dat het een kwartier duurde om af te bakken. Er is een broodoven, maar brood ging in magnetron. We hebben maar wat droog stokbrood gegeten en zijn na een kwartier wachten maar weggegaan. Wit brood hebben we in de 6 dagen van ons verblijf niet meer gezien! Bruin brood is redelijk maar soms niet goed gebakken, verder croissants en chocolade broodjes. Je betaalt €17 pp voor ontbijt. ADVIES, betaal 3 euro meer en ga in centrum eten, dan ruim buffet in de vele restaurantjes!! DIT ONTBIJTJE IS GEEN 17 EURO WAARD!

If you want to experience how it feels to be a battery chicken, go there. The room is super tiny, there is no space to put anything, it is dark, you cannot open the window, not even a little bit. The toilet is in the room, no door, no privacy. The bed is only accessible from one side. I was alone, if travelling with a partner it must be hell (it was supposed to be a double bed room !). I don't know what they thought when they designed this.... The staff was nice though and the (rather expensive) breakfast was ok.
