A cozy and quiet space close to Dartmouth College (8 mins), Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital (12 mins), and White River Junction Center (5 mins). You will have a private entrance to the space and access to a yard, a 3 season patio room, bedroom with a queen sized bed and queen pullout couch, a separate dining area, grill, and a private bathroom. There is no kitchen but there is a mini fridge, table, coffee/tea bar, plates, utensils, mugs, and a microwave. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Kilowatt Park North and South are right across the street and have ample space for walking along the river and through the woods. There is a picnic area, boat launch, dog park, dog beach, and lots of green space. Another popular hiking spot called the Hazen trail is about a half mile away. There is also a bike path across the street leading to a playground a little over a mile away. The local bus stop is also about a block away.
